I watch a lot of different lawn care videos, but not 1 of them does as much as you. Cutting, weedeating, pruning, fixing fences, , mailboxes, your a M.O.A.T, Man of all Trades, well done sir!!!
One thing I’ve learnt about properties needing attention - the majority are corner lots or sections as we call them in New Zealand. I live in the Deep South of the South Island and thought I’d survey our in need of care properties, esp corner sections - yep it’s true here too!
I have seen on TH-cam a number of people with their yard cleaning, mowing, trimming channels. And they clean according to their own sense of how to go about cleaning which is a great attitude for society. I like the way you do yr cleaning! You do it right the first time! and I believe in doing it right the first time it's noble! It means you care and love what you do and you also care about the property that you clean! Dang that drone aerial view was spectacular Sean. Especially when you were mowing and watching you run back and forth with camera lol. Now can we just take a minute and appreciate just how much wrk goes into making these awesome videos for us? I do not take for granted first: constantly having to move the camera for our better viewing. Then ya go home. Edit it. Review then post. That’s more time away from your family. Also I like your routine of how you do your lawncare. Garbage pick up. Mow then blow then weed whack. Then you can edge. So much easier to find the edge and less wear and tear on the edging equipment. Man you do a complete job. Some guys just do the bare minimum but you’re through. Every Wednesday this man came up to the man that was with our group and said that he liked his shoes so the man in our group, took his shoes off and gave them to the man, you remind me of him so much I can’t tell you what a feeling that is

Another above and beyond job. That has lifted the area so much. I hope a group can get together to get the city to buy the land and make kids a playground. Kids would come from miles around if it had a bike course, skateboard course, climbing obstacle course, basket ball court as well as swings and slides. It would bring more life to the area.

Agreed with most of your admirers… you do go the extra mile of the often un-thought of things like hoses piled up, fences falling over, mailboxes awry (usually hanging open), limbs across fences, roofs, sheds… and, also, you seem to be able to tell flowers from weeds & even leave them!!! Thank you for caring & trying to make these yards, sidewalks, driveways, buildings as good as possible. You (& Fill & AP) are my current favs!
Absolutely incredible job! The transformation is awesome and dramatically improves the neighborhood. Now that the street curbs are clean the water runoff can drain properly and not flood the streets. The sidewalk is easier to walk through. People can walk their dogs and play ball on the nicely cut grass. Thank you for improving the community. Excellent job!

Absolutely wonderful job. You are amazing and even when you are tired, you follow through and finish with just as much care as when you started. I hope the community really appreciates what you are doing and what you have done in the past.
You picked an interesting project. A sidewalk has a lot to do with whether a community feels welcoming, looks orderly and is usable. When, a house is done, often fixing the sidewalk and curb is a big start on making a change. Glad you are doing a one-house-at-a-time direction. If you get to make a playground, around here kids set up a bike course, with small jumps, of their own accord. Kids need a safe place to learn skills. A loop or figure 8, with places to speed, turn, skid, etc. could be viable and the interior area still good for climbing, rock climbing, stepping from stump to stump, a basketball hoop, etc. When Chicago began abandoning park care, kids had no place to go. When volunteers cleaned-up, mowed, kids appeared from all over.

Not only did you get rid of a neighborhood eyesore, but you improved the water drainage by clearing the grass/etc. off of the sewers. Looks much better. If a park/playground goes in, you should do a before/after/now video of this corner. It would be nice if an area were put in with picnic tables and such along with swing sets, slides, merry-go-rounds (I still love those), sand boxes.

Another above and beyond job. That has lifted the area so much. I hope a group can get together to get the city to buy the land and make kids a playground. Kids would come from miles around if it had a bike course, skateboard course, climbing obstacle course, basket ball court as well as swings and slides. It would bring more life to the area.

Agreed with most of your admirers… you do go the extra mile of the often un-thought of things like hoses piled up, fences falling over, mailboxes awry (usually hanging open), limbs across fences, roofs, sheds… and, also, you seem to be able to tell flowers from weeds & even leave them!!! Thank you for caring & trying to make these yards, sidewalks, driveways, buildings as good as possible. You (& Fill & AP) are my current favs!
Absolutely incredible job! The transformation is awesome and dramatically improves the neighborhood. Now that the street curbs are clean the water runoff can drain properly and not flood the streets. The sidewalk is easier to walk through. People can walk their dogs and play ball on the nicely cut grass. Thank you for improving the community. Excellent job!

You picked an interesting project. A sidewalk has a lot to do with whether a community feels welcoming, looks orderly and is usable. When, a house is done, often fixing the sidewalk and curb is a big start on making a change. Glad you are doing a one-house-at-a-time direction. If you get to make a playground, around here kids set up a bike course, with small jumps, of their own accord. Kids need a safe place to learn skills. A loop or figure 8, with places to speed, turn, skid, etc. could be viable and the interior area still good for climbing, rock climbing, stepping from stump to stump, a basketball hoop, etc. When Chicago began abandoning park care, kids had no place to go. When volunteers cleaned-up, mowed, kids appeared from all over.

The best, most enjoyable lawn care channel in the U.S. Sorry, not the best in the world, but equal to the Aussie lawn care guys (Blade Mate Lawn Care, Mowing For Mental Health, Tim the Lawnmower Man, Quick Cuts etc). The thing that sets you guys apart is that you go the extra mile, have a genuine interest in making a difference to the lives of others and the environment in which they live, and take away the trash…..plus a lot of other things! I agree, however, I hope it won't end up attracting other problematic individuals to the area. Especially in the world we live in now. It's always a BIG concern.
Not only did you get rid of a neighborhood eyesore, but you improved the water drainage by clearing the grass/etc. off of the sewers. Looks much better. If a park/playground goes in, you should do a before/after/now video of this corner. It would be nice if an area were put in with picnic tables and such along with swing sets, slides, merry-go-rounds (I still love those), sand boxes.
NO SAND BOXES NOT FOR KIDS TO PLAY IN. NASTY.
