Off course! Life is so unpredictable. She said that she didn’t want to cry. But , it’s always good to cry for our body & mind!
Never force to stop to cry if you want to cry ! If you force to stop it, your heart will suffer more and you will not realise it!
So, never keep sad things inside of you. Speak with your friend or family and cry like a ‘dog ‘ !! Then you will feel so relieved and relaxed ! It’s the only easy way that you can move on with your healthy body .
You can also cry alone if you want to!
It’s important that if you want to cry, do it loudly and get out all from your chest!
A good cry is very good for your healthy body. I am not saying that you all are need to cry in front of each people! Do not keep your sadness inside of you: talk with someone always and get vomit those sadness from your chest and cry if you want to . That’s it. Anyway, I liked the great personality of Kalpana Chechy.
