I've gradually built my finance and made my first $100k through investing which i've used to start my jewellery business, and with what I’ve Learned over a decade investing, given enough time, solid investments have the potential to double the initial principal amount, but many investors are instead attracted to the lure of high yields in short periods of time despite the possibility of unattractive losses before even getting out. I started investing in the stock market because of dividends. What matters, in my opinion, is that if you invest and earn more money in addition to dividends, you will be able to live off of dividends without selling. It implies that you can pass that on to your children, giving them a head start in life. I've invested over $600k in dividend stocks over the years; I continue to buy more today and will continue to do so until the price lowers even further.

You are correct when you say that the money is a currency to be exact. True money is something like gold and silver. For example, if you have a shirt in the laundromat, that shirt is money; a tangible asset. The ticket you have to pick up the shirt when it is clean is the currency; only worth the value of the shirt you exchange it for. Presently, our money is all, but worthless because there is no tangible asset, gold or silver, backing it.

Schools should really be teaching this in math classes instead of the tedious algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus and statistics that 99.9% of us will not use in our daily lives!

It’s really not schools job to teach you anything, it’s true function is to preoccupy, socialize, and domesticate you, priming you for the work cycle.

Good video, I look forward to your next one. Also, I hope to see a more in depth video about fiat currency and what having that system means for us.
