Hello my new friend. A great toolbox. It's nice to see something new, beautiful and comfortable being created! A smart head and golden hands are the keys to success. Good luck in creativity. All the best. See you.
I cannot believe this channel has gone under the radar! The energy, pace, and the wit is just beyond what I have seen. There are unconvetional woodworking methods that makes me hold my breath, and then it comes out perfect! Such virtuosity! My traditional ways of working wood are just poles appart, but now it feels like I'm the one missing out. And there are 29 videoes on this channel. 29! I think I will cancel netflix this month.
I'm completely mesmerized by your projects, I'd love to just sit in your shop and hand you tools so I could watch you work. You're wondrously talented.
Best woodworking channel on TH-cam. Fancy and whatnot. I lolled. I feel like this over the top amazing was needs to be entered in your state fair. It needs a blue ribbon!
Bravo
Your dovetail skills are terrific. I need to practice more!
3 ปีที่แล้ว
I have been cutting dovtails by hand for about 6 years now and I'm just starting to be satisfied with the results (mostly the speed at which I cut them). Dovetails take lots of practice. I made a post on my instagram about that actually: instagram.com/p/CTpRcbHL3LS/?
I'm a little salty at TH-cam for taking this long to recommend this channel to me. Hand cut joinery AND custom graphics? That's top quality work right there.

My channel doubled in size in the last 2 weeks, the algorithm is finally going my way a bit! Happy you are enjoying my videos!
This is my first video of yours, but 3 minutes in and your gleeful attitude already has me subscribed. Also a joy to find more woodworking women I can show my daughter!
I am stunned by your ability in the use of wood and leather together and was thrilled to see you use both in this build. Thankyou for allowing us to see you work.
Nothing more satisfying than over-complificationalizing in a sweetly elegant way. Simply Stupid Beautiful.

Over-complificationalizationing is one of my favorite things in the shop. (let's contact Oxford Dictionary and see if they can add that word in for us; it has a nice ring to it)
1:32 I'm guessing it's just called a "Mitered Bridle"...? But a rose by any other name is still cool AF....

Sort of but mine are more like a briddle joint with a miter on top. So theres that extra flap. Both peices have 2 "pins" that extend out and the main joint is just a straight bridle, not a miter which gives extra surface area for the glue. I think it doesn't have a name but again, I'm sure I'm not the first to use it aha
@ oh, don't I know it. It's a running joke among my hobbyist friends that my real hobby is organising and storing my tools and hobby stuff. This video came up in my recommendations while I was cobbling together a tool rack out of scrap and it has really inspired me to do better. I can already tell I'm going to fall down a rabbit hole of these videos and probably end up reworking my whole system.
Yes very creative and excellent skills, Could you please do a short video or give a few details, on the set-up of the upside down jig saw (16.25), ? Thanks from Canada.
3 ปีที่แล้ว
Hello fellow candian! The jigsaw set up was really just an upside-down jig saw clamped in the vise with a peice of wood calmped to the shew. The blade was a jigsaw hacksaw blade. If you have anything quetions about that, contact me on instagram ebenisterie_eloise or by email ebenisterieeloise@gmail.com and I will be happy to help! :)
Yes, this mitered mortise and tenon is indeed known for centuries. In Germany it is called „Schlitz und Zapfen auf Gehrung“. Basic formal woodworking. But nice work anyway! Excellent skills and extremely creative work!
I'm impressed by several of the woodworking channels on TH-cam; yours, though, I admire on a whole new level. The design, the quality, the way you work...and the entire video package you put together to share your work with us - relaxed, friendly, informative... exceptional. Thank you!
That pop up handle opening seems so abrupt. Maybe you can incorporate a soft close mechanism used for cabinet doors?
3 ปีที่แล้ว +1
Having an abrupt opening means I can use momentum to power through dust or seasonal movements in the wood. If it raised slowly, I would either need to make the system looser or have a more powerful spring. Plus I actually love how abruptly it opens aha
Yt recommended me this video. I subscribed your channel after minute watching how you work. Brilliant work. I love the complexity of the project and your precision. 😍
What a find this channel is. Everything is so Uri Tuchman but in female. This I mean with the highest respect - for both of you. As I can see I am not the only one deeply impressed. Carry on
Very nicely done. I think you should consider a "mini workbench" that includes a Moxon vise, I think it would allow you to work more upright and it would be ver interesting to see your interpretation. Subscribed...

A few others have said this and honestly im embarrassed I didn't think of that. It's clearly the solution!
Hello my new friend.
A great toolbox. It's nice to see something new, beautiful and comfortable being created! A smart head and golden hands are the keys to success. Good luck in creativity. All the best. See you.
Your use of hand tools instead of using all power tools is awesome
Where has this channel been hiding? Loved every second of this build. I can only dream of ever being this good.

The most complex and the most beautiful toolbox ever seen…👏👏👏
Love the choice of music, and of course you are incredibly talented
"which serves the purpose of being fancy and what not" is such an extremely relatable sentiment!
I had the same thoughts

I had to watch this again. Still loving the elegant design, elegant workwomanship, & elegant musical accompaniment
Ah thank you, part 3 is comming out soon so you won't have to watch it a 3rd time;)

Your work is simply stunning. I got a feeling you are going to be well known in your line of work
Looking like a true pro! So glad you are enjoying the art of woodworking
Since the film Seven, in John Doe's house, I've never seen such an overstacked and super organized toolbox.
Beautiful job! Very nice to watch.
Just found your channel, all I can say is WOW! Thanks for sharing
