He has a loving relationship with her and she was even in the audience at the concert in Madison Square Garden.

I think it's more metaphoric, it's about women who became pregnant by accident ("gezeugt in Hast" = "Conceived in haste", something relatively common in the years when the band members were born) and who resented the children for being born. It's about neglect and abuse. And despite the abuse, there is a visceral connection, she's the mother after all, and he wants to remove the mole ("Muttermal" = "mother sign") with the kiss of a knife even if he has to bleed to death. Very poetic and beautiful song.

Great Song, but also difficult to understand! I think it's about a Laboratory Experiment, an artificially created Child, maybe artificially created living beings that serve the purpose of Organ Donation. Some of the Lyrics/Metaphors are really hard to decipher and I still don't really understand them! No, Till and didn't have a bad relationship with their mothers. Till had a bad relationship with his father and Richard with his stepfather.
The most common interpretation of this song is that they talk about „cloning“. This would make sense … but you never know with Rammstein 😉 great song
