You should make long-form videos on your second channel simply letting us watch how you edit. Your editing is insane and I could see myself just watching an hour long video of you just editing each of your videos in Final Cut while I eat lunch. This would be extremely helpful.

Personally, I'd prefer less-than-live. Near live. Barely edited. I could spend an hour watching someone like you doing editing. Start with the problem the video solves. Show us some quick peeks at the visual content. Talk through some of the brain storming. Then open up your editing software, pull stuff in, start slicing and dicing, zooming in and out, panning this and that. But for me I'll be watching eagerly for how you edit sound (do you use something similar to Audacity?) When do you decide to use music, how loud do you decide to go, what intervals can music fit into - where's it useful, etc. ...does it have to be utterly unique, this advice? No. Because its you delivering it, the person I'd rather consume the information from. Cheerios!

    1. Utilize the model's "temperature" setting: Adjusting the temperature parameter can significantly impact the responses generated by GPT. A higher temperature (e.g., 0.8) will make the output more random and creative, while a lower temperature (e.g., 0.2) will make it more focused and deterministic. Experimenting with different temperature settings can enhance the chat's overall performance.
    2. Use system-level instructions: By providing a system-level instruction at the beginning of the conversation, you can guide GPT to follow specific guidelines. For example, you can instruct GPT to respond as a Shakespearean character, a robot, or even a specific historical figure. This can add an extra layer of fun and creativity to the chat.
    3. Fine-tune the model: If you have access to GPT's source code, you can fine-tune it on your own custom dataset to make it more aligned with your chatbot's specific needs. Fine-tuning allows you to improve the model's performance and make it more specialized for your particular use case.
    4. Implement response length control: GPT often generates lengthy responses, which may not be ideal for a chatbot scenario. To overcome this, you can set a maximum response length limit. By truncating or filtering out excessively long responses, you can ensure a more concise and user-friendly conversation.
    5. Add persona information: Injecting a persona into the conversation can make it more engaging and personalized. You can introduce the chatbot with a predefined persona, indicating its background, interests, or quirks. This helps GPT generate responses that align with the given persona, enhancing the overall chat experience.
    6. Use context windowing: GPT has a limited memory of the conversation history. To overcome this limitation, you can implement context windowing, where you split the conversation into smaller chunks and provide them as input. This way, GPT can have access to a wider context and generate more contextually relevant responses.
    7. Implement response filtering: GPT may sometimes generate inappropriate or offensive responses. To mitigate this, you can implement a response filtering mechanism to detect and filter out such content. This ensures that the chatbot maintains a safe and respectful conversation environment.
    8. Experiment with different prompts: The initial prompt you provide to GPT can significantly influence the generated responses. Play around with different prompts to see which ones yield the best results. You can provide specific instructions, ask open-ended questions, or even use partial sentences to elicit specific responses.
Remember, GPT is a powerful tool, but it's essential to use it responsibly and ensure that the generated content aligns with ethical guidelines and your intended purpose.

This is a wonderful video. I've been testing chatgpt to help with videos, in some of the same ways you have described. What is fun is also asking it to write the youtube script with direction in it. The AI will give screen direction for what sorts of shots you can do as well. I'll write a script and then ask the AI for help, rather than having it write it wholesale. It's a very handy tool, I think, as long as you're willing to keep a handle on the details and don't necessarily trust it any more than you would trust a summary of a Google search.

So I just asked the AI to write a comment about this video (I seriously did) and here is what it said: This video was amazing - AI is the future, and Ed's take on it was inspired! Thanks for the delightful and informative video, Ed - it lit a fire of creative possibilities in me! #AITheFuture
