- Love it or hate it, Rocksteady's Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has its fair share of mechanics and systems to work out. You could equip anything you like while playing through the story on the default difficulty and do fine.
However, there are various Legendary perks to understand, four Afflictions that each do different things (good and bad) and more. You even earn Talent Points somewhat oddly, while some slots and abilities (like Squad Ultimate) are locked behind level-ups. Then there's the Support Squad, who can each have their services improved by completing different missions.

I actually love playing this game.. it feels like a slick mix of sunset overdrive & crackdown with a good loot system designed not to waste your time. Game runs smooth at 60 fps in a beautiful metropolis playground..Hate it if you want but gameplay wise, still 10x better than Gotham knights

@sikevillian Dude i compared the whole looter shooter in my comment and people are giving me hate. Yeah i compared it to bordelands but they do share similarities in a way. A big difference is one is third person in one open world map while the other is first person

honestly man I finished killing the last boss last night and have played it ALL day today. Is it grindy? Hell yeah, but I love that, combat makes the grind so rewarding

Almost 100 hrs and it’s very addicting 10 hrs in and It had me hooked this is definitely joining the 5k hr club on my game lineup

How do you do Poison Ivy s stupid save my plants side mission . Says hold squat while looking at the plant, but it does nothing. Ive played it like 8 times and can't seem to understand what needs to be done😊
You’re just doing it wrong. It works. It attack the enemies when you press square while it says to. You don’t have to do it. You just have to protect the planet till the bar fills up.
Hold square on the plants when enemies are near. When you do that, the plant will poison them. (make them vulnerable)

Only the second time I refunded a game. The other was the new Saints Row. Just a paper thin game with almost depth at all. Hope Rocksteady doesnt suffer due to it.

This just does not feel like Metropolis at all. It's like the devs from Agents of Mayhem and Crackdown came together to make a digital playground that just had a few hints here and there of what they thought Metropolis would look like with limited knowledge of the city.

Ngl I’ve grinded the fuck out of this game I’m finite 102 rn and I got the gold skins the game is fun as hell
I'm not sure what to make of it tbh. Most reviews applaud it but the real players, us Joe Bloggs who actually buy the game seem to be giving conflicting assessments. For instance I read one comment saying its another " Sunset Overdrive with the SC in it" and I didn't like Sunset Overdrive but another says " if I'm a fan of Borderlands buy this game!" and I love Borderlands 🤔 Colour me Confused.
The game is fun but the story is just not it, I’m sure the free story chapters will be good but for now idk about the story
Sincerely let down by how Rocksteady handled the Arkham Ip... 9 years, of anticipation for the next installment. But what if following the events of Arkham Knight Batman recently joined the Justice League prior to events in SSKJL. Instead of these two awful games, "Gotham Knights", and "Suicide squad kill the Justice league". Reather then the suicide squad you play as Batman and the Bat-family. Instead of killing the Justice League you break them free of Brainiacs control, one by one. Adding each member to the Look-out Tower off world, aiding you in your quest to stop the invasion of earth. Leaving Superman for last where it becomes Arkhams version of the Dark Knight Returns. As you fight Superman in a full Bat-mech suit (Armored core style). Once the Justice League is rescued, together you start their conquest to go after Brainiac. Swapping between Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern, Aquaman, Martian Man Hunter and Cyborg. Using their abilities to take him down, and take back Earth.

Ahh back in my day we use to trash this game called Starfield 😆. Joke aside this game is "fun". But its repetitive and the missions are bland af. Which is very disappointing in 2024. However, I'm still enjoying it for what its worth. It is a live service, so not sure what i was expecting. This is definitely late to the party. And the lights are about to turn on at the club.

And clearly both SS are and borderlands are indeed looter shooters, you complete a mission you get rewarded, you get shield modifiers, the upgrades are in tiers which both games allow you to change your playstyle by letting you change your upgrades, you get to choose between 4 characters. Thing is 1 is a third person shooter while the other is first person. So there is similarities bro. Stop picking fights with people and move on. This game looks like it would be pretty fun if the main characters weren't the Suicide Squad. They're bombastic characters shoehorned into the shoes of generic, nameless characters. Deadshot using guns makes sense, but the others... The protagonists should have been the Anthem javelins or the agents from Crackdown. Still cool, but generic enough to fit the looter mold...
The traversal should be unlimited thats the only bad thing about this game
