Hauz Khas - Restaurant on a 2nd floor terrace overlooking the ruins was in the top 10 meals in my life. Great weather, open kitchen, spotless, fabulous food. I wanted to go back but I was told it had closed. The restaurant looked down directly on Firoz Shah's tomb (I think, it was ~2007). It was a perfect night. Now I know not to even try to recreate a magic moment like that. While you can create new spectacular moments, you can't recreate an old one. I lived in India for 1 year in a 5 year period.

Exactly. You can't be cashless in India like you can in Europe. You need to have enough banknotes in your wallet to cover anything you want to do. Even places that do have working card machines sometimes don't accept international cards, only local ones.
