I got more information from your Videos than DHA website. THIS VIDEO ANSWERED most of my questions regarding opening outpatient facility and license process. Your advise and information is highly appreciated. I am in the process of licensing for myself. The 2nd phase will be facility license. Things I am trying to figure out and needs you advise please.
1. How the Referral process work in Dubai for outpatient physical therapy? Is it direct access?
2. Is hard to become provider for insurances in Dubai.

Referral works mostly in hospitals
In private clinics you have more direct access patients usually and some referrals as well it depends on your terms and some other factors.
It is not too hard to become providers for all insurances.. for few yes it is hard in the beginning

What are the documents needs to be attested after the exam ( if not for dataflow)?
• SSC & HSC Certificate / Marksheet by IBCC?
• Degree & Transcript by HEC?
• What are the documents required to be attested by MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs)?
• What are the documents required to be attested by UAE Embassy?
Only bachelors degree attestation is mandatory ...

Thank you for guiding dr rabia. If a candidate with BPT qualification having more than 9 years of clinical experience in India with DHA cleared. How much salary he should expect in dubai. Should he expect same salary as a candidate with only 2 years of experience (AED 5000 to 8000) or he should expect more. If more how much he can be paid in Dubai having more than 9 years of experience.
What should such candidate say if in interview employer asks what salary you expect.

1) Ma'am masters degree is necessary to earn more as compared to just bachelor degree or its doesn't matter?

Master degree is a plus point. But in UAE experience matters more
For experience letter it should be sign and stamped on letter head of your workplace and designation plus joining & ending date should be mentioned clearly
Designation should be as physiotherapist
Unfortunately salary for beginners vary here on the basis of nationality
Westerns are paid more as compared to asians.
And type of setting where are you applying n ofcourse experience and skills.

To work as a physiotherapy technician you need to get license , should have 2 years diploma in physiotherapy

Hlo mam , I am from india . When I applying for dha, in data flow they asked me for health license documents. But in india there is no government body which issued license for physiotherapy. As you say about membership which I earned from iap. In TH-cam dataflow videos they showed skip option, but when I am applying they don't shows any such option. So what I should do ?
dear you can get membership certificate and good standing certificate from any good organization or association of physiotherapy in india and upload it in the option of license. dataflow group will varify via contact details given on letter head of that respective organization/ association.
But if they dont accept then you need to explain DHA and dataflow via email that your country doesn't have any council. Or regulating body. Then will accept.
But mostly indian physiso are providing IAP certificate

Dr rabia when we join clinic or hospital in Dubai, do they submit passports. If they submit passports, do they give any receipt for submitted passports?
Is it safe to submit passports to the organization. If they they deny to give the passport what options we will have to recover passports.

Legally employer cannot keep the passport of employee with them. But this is what you have to decide carefully while you are signing a official job contract with the company. Read the terms and conditions before signing.
If u get visa .. after clearing all. Can u bring your spouse ?
Yes. You can apply for spouse visa.
If we dont have 2 years of clinical experiance and have moved to uae to live with family what opportunities do we have ???
You can try some other jobs in different fields or as a assistant physio.. as per your interest.. but this experience will not help you to get license after 2 years.
To get registered as a physiotherapist you need 2 years of experience as physiotherapist
Mam if we have hcpc registration certificate then we no need to write dha exam ? How it is possible then it's easier to get hcpc from India itself...by medium of instruction letter
If you have Uk work experience as a physio with hcpc .. and you can provide good standing certificate from uk.
Then exam is exempted. Only dataflow is required.
If no uk experience then you have to appear for exam
I checked elegibility using self assessment tool in official DHA website. Qualification options available in drop-down are Bachelor of science in physiotherapy & Masters of science in physiotherapy only, however I have a professional degree as Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Which option should I select?

1)Is good standing certificate from physiotherapy association is required to be uploaded while applying for DHA exam?
2)How many days before applying to DHA we should request a good standing certificate from our association. If we obtain good standing certificate today & apply for DHA exam after 2or3 years, will DHA accept this 2or3 year old certificate.
3) Do one need to visit dubai only to appear in DHA exam or one can attempt DHA exam in his/her own country DHA examination centers.

When you want to apply get good standing few days ago. It should not be older than 6 months

You can appear for exam in pakistan .. there are centers in Lahore and Islamabad

Can't the formalities be completed without giving them our passport?
By law employers cannot keep your passport with them.
In the beginning you may handover them for visa process and pasting. But after visa pasting you should have it back

Only bachelors degree attestation is required from HEc , MOFA ans UAE embassy in pak for employment visa processing.

You can use both ..
For credit card you can do payment directly without any other prerequisite
But for debit card you need to check if it is active for online and international transactions from your bank. If active then you can use your debit card too

Yes you can use it for DHA
If you are working there as a clinician not just the manager .. then write your designation as physiotherapist , joining and ending date on official letter head of clinic and use it as experience certificate . Employer name will be the name of clinic. And they will varify via contacting on given email address on letter head
