Lovely video see those areas of north Devon, to cheer me up,I miss this area. To visit or my dream to live down that way is becoming quite hard for a single parent with three children in this cost of living times 😢
YES! Number 7! Always fascinated me since I was a little kid in the 80s when we used to go here on Holiday (my Uncle and Auntie ran a resteraunt there for years, The Mexican Hat I think it was called?), and had no idea where the other end(s) was! Literally saw the title of this video and hoped it would feature that, and it does! Thank you, you've literally answered a 35+ year old question for me.
I agree on your prediction, I also thought this for a while, there's cracks in the road surface up on that stretch in places so I think the ground is slowly eroding up there already.
Certainly a lot to explore in Devon. I wonder how many people actually know it exists and walk this? I live in Dorset and near me (West Bay) there has been a great deal of land slippage due to excessive rain and inadequate footings (either by tree roots to shore up the cliff or man made solutions which never work). This is not exclusive to the south west, look at erosion and landslide in Yorkshire (Scarborough) and the south Holderness coastline. Interesting.

Something needs to happen then quickly before the winter rains come & it starts to wash the debris down the cliffs
@@sandpit72 it's been like it for a couple of years at least, but it's something I hope the highways are aware of
