Cooking Gumbo on the Woodstove in our A-frame | EP04

In this episode, Louis cooks one of his favorite recipes on the wood stove in our A-Frame cabin. Being able to cook on a wood stove is a great skill to have just in case the power goes our or if you just want to have a fun experience. You will notice he had to change clothes mid way through because it got a bit too hot. Exact Recipe below:
Lou’s Gumbo
- 1 white Onion (diced)
- 2 Stalks of celery (diced)
- 1 Green pepper (diced)
- 4 Boneless chicken thighs
- 1 Package Andouille Sausage (cubed)
- 6 Cloves of garlic (minced)
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Cajun Seasoning
- 1 Cup Flour
- 6 Cups Chicken Broth (divided 2,4)
