Does radiation therapy effect on lungs? If breast cancer patients already have scars on lungs due to previous history of lung tuberculosis.

If your lymph nodes were positive or if the breast was saved - then radiation is required

I am diagnosed as a fibrocystic disease with multiple cysts and small fibroadenoma on both breast but one of them is measuring about 2.8, that is my concern.. FNAC report was good and Its almost same in size for last one year and i was on my regular follow up. Now i want to conceive as i am 32 now. But surgeon advised me to operate. What should I do?

But i have a lot of pain in right side breast and at that same point in right side upper back from 6 years. Mammography shows mild fibroadenosis related parenchyml coarsing on either side. In certain situations yes. Surgery doesn’t determine the need for chemotherapy. It depends on the biology of the tumor, size and the lymph node status
