Ms Garima was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 25 and in this video she shares how she overcame her fears and finished her breast cancer treatment, while continuing to work.

Sir i am also 25 yrs old . In april 2020 i found a lump in my right breast . Now in September 2021 i went to a surgeon who recommended me to do ultrasound. On the basis of ultrasound i was diagnosed with fibroadenoma braid 3 . He suggests me to do follow up and ultrasound in 6 months . Now i am having so much of anxiety as i have not done fnac test . Now i am feeling like i have another lump in left breast but i am not sure . I am in so much stresss . I can't concentrate in anything . Pls help me
Its BI-RADS 3.
@@dipsikharay3092 If its birads 3 on usg then u need not worry it’s benign but should get usg done every 6monthly though the risk of malignancy is there(

Sir, i noticed a lump in my left breast 2 months back. did USG and came back as BIRADS 4. Did fnac and it shows proliferative breast lesion with atypia, suspicious of carcinoma.. and I am tensed.. Doctor still saying there is only minute chance and should go for excision biopsy. I am so confused and anxious.
Please get a core biopsy done before excision

One glass of dairy products per day is fine. Avoid excessive dairy usage
