    Hi, it is required any kind of base or gateway? Or they work only with the wifi?
    What are the differences between this model and HB3? From what I understood, the HB3 needs the base. What does the base when comparing to EB3?

    1. Can i save the recording into NVR?
    2. If yes, is it support non ezviz NVR?
    3. Is it support Onvif protocol?

    I bought a modem and two camera set and installed them with no problem.
    I bought two more cameras and subscribed for 4 cameras.
    My two new cameras will only take a snapshot, but no video.
    How do i change settings?

    Will the CB3camera keep recording if the internet connection or wifi connection is lost ? So that we can see afterwards after internet resumes of wifi connection resumes.

      Hi, if you are using the SD card the camera will keep recording to the SD card even if the Wi-Fi is disconnected, but you will not be able to watch the live view or receive the alarm on your phone during this time. If you are using the ClodPlay storage the camera will stop recording without Wi-Fi. Hope this can help.

    how do you disarm EB3 camera? There is not an Alarm notification on EZVIZ app for EB3 camera. Thanks

    Hello, does camera need to be on same wifi as my phone or not? Because camera would be a bit far from my home wifi so signal would be very weak

      Hi, when setting up the camera the camera and the phone need to be at the same network. After setting up, the camera still need the network to operate, if the Wi-Fi is weak you may try our 4G camera which can work without Wi-Fi. Many thanks for your interests.

    J'ai essayé d'enregistrer un message lorsqu'il y a une alarme mais ce message n'est pas audible dans le haut parleur de la caméra. Y a t-il une manipulation à faire pour que le message enregistré soit entendu ? Merci pour vos réponses

    In the EB3, which is the latest model of the brand, when you are in the "surveillance" zone and you want the camera to stop detecting and recording images non-stop, THERE IS NO BUTTON to do it. You have to: 1) Click on "disarm camera", which will prevent you from receiving notifications or the visual or sound alert from going off. 2) Go to options and change the operating mode to super energy-saving, so it stops monitoring, detecting, and saving video clips to memory. It's a complete nonsense and we hope that EZVIZ includes a button in the APP to do all this in one go.

    I'm changing location with the two camera's I have and of course the wifi information. The Camera isn't recognizing the new login. I've deleted the phone program and downloaded it again. Can you help. What is your contact number. Sincerely, Robert Chambers
