I really want that deep fried mashed potato
me too. I didn't know that was a thing. Potatoe pancakes are my most recent discovery of potatoe receipe? Not sure you would call if a receipe and I've known about it for years, but I've not had my mind blown by any new ways to serve potatoes. Deep fried seems freaking awesome!!
Need to dust off that deep fat fryer in the cupboard. Who needs airfryers? 😂

It's because the bubble tea is something imported and not eaten a lot, and also life cost is a lot higher in america and europe than in south asia.
We have bubble teas in Paris too but it's 5~6 € it's like 6~7$ in america

I remember seeing the Goreng noodle one in one of your videos and asking myself, why in the world would you buy a store bought package of noodles from a street vendor who does nothing to them but adds a fried egg? After seeing it again, I still ask that same question!
Just buy at the store and more affordable also put can pun more ingredient like meat with vegies
Heck, at local restaurants they serve Indomie with way more veggies and meats. That Indomie looked too basic.

this is a popular thing in indonesia that indomie goreng made in the street vendor is more delicious rather than made in home even we trying to cook just like in the street vendor
US is like that too. We can microwave a cheap hot dog for less than $1, but from a cart they're like $5.

I sometimes make a version of the noodles at 6:45. I take a ramen package, boil the noodles as directed, drain, and then fry in pan with some oil. I then take an egg and scramble on one side of the pan, bringing in some of the noodles to coat with egg. When egg is done, I sprinkle with the spice packet and serve.

I put kewpie mayo and sesame oil, then garnished it with chopped green onions and sesame seeds
Same i do it with almost all instant noodle brands, but with the thicker noodles from korean brands i like to dump my noodles into a bowl of beaten eggs after draining the water, that way each noodle is coated in egg, adds a different texture to the finished product.
