I absolutely fell in love with the locals when I was living in Jakarta for two years, despite the bad traffic and air pollution. People are genuine and friendly. This video reminds me of all the good time.

I traveled to several countries in east and south east Asia and Indonesia was the one I loved the most... miss that country, the food was good and the people were so nice.

i am korean and i have traveled indonesia twice. and loved that country so much. actually i am little bit surprised to see how that food stand look hygienic. actually most of food stand in indonesia looks unsanitary but it is so tasty. roaming around java i tried street food as much as i can. i miss so much
But in korea, its only 30$ (korea won) its just P1.00 in my country and you can buy 1 piece of candy but I love korea especially when I saw my Favorite Korean Bias, JISOO, ok ill stop being talkative now
Fyi, these still at the same place until now and were selled by the same person. It's delicious, cheap, and clean. Trust me, it's worth it!

I"m from tanjungpinang the island you visited. I'll recommend the chinese food and melayu food there cause mostly the people that live in this island is melayu/chinese so the food is combination of both which make it really delicious.
