A healthy, autumn treat with pumpkin

Super autumn treat, simple and delicious
Ingredients needed:
1 Hokkaido pumpkin
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg to taste
4 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts
2 spoons of honey
Bake the pumpkin in a preheated oven at 220⁰C until soft cc 35-40min
In the video, I prepared half of the pumpkin in this way. The coconut oil was in a solid form, so I removed the residue during baking, so it is best to add melted coconut oil so that you don't have to do extra work during baking.
