I’ve noticed that focusing on my heart space is not as easy as it seems, idk why but I don’t feel or sense much in that space other than emptiness. I have a few times experienced a sense of expansion and tingling so maybe it’ll just take some practice.
I’ve seen some of the other comments about their concerns with the source of these teachings, and I’m just a bit surprised because I never had those concerns myself. I love your channel and the content you guys produce. I trust my inner guidance 💗 thanks for today’s session! Namaste

It's actually very common to struggle to feel sensations in the heart space, especially in the earlier stages of the practice! For this reason I try to also mention that the "sensation" may be blankness or emptiness, a lack of sensation. Still energy flows where the mind goes! So even if you feel nothing, holding your awareness in that will bring results. And in time, with repeat practice, you will create more neural pathways and the sensations will become more diverse and more apparent. Keep it up!
Regarding the concerns some people have of the origins of the teachings, it is valid. We all have emotions and relate to or connect with the world through these feelings. However, it is true that on this path, the most important quality is that of going within. Seeking inside your Self for what resonates and what doesn't. In Sanskrit this is called "viveka" or discrimination. It doesn't mean prejudice or something like racism, it means the ability to discriminate what is right vs what is wrong for you, from your heart. When you can tap into this form of discrimination, nothing it the world can lead you astray from your Truth 💝

I'm glad that you feel you're opening to it. Remember to always find the practice as it is for you. Poses should not be painful. You want to aim to find the position which is both comfortable and steady, where you feel like you could stay into it for 20min+. In this way you will create balance in your nervous system and be able to enter meditation. If you are working too hard, or if you are too relaxed, it will not be creating the environment for meditation 🙏

This was a great practice. I had to go into warrior 3 after dancers pose to ground my balance because I was just….. WOBBLY lol.

    Dear Refeel Yoga Team,
I want to start by saying that I absolutely love your channel and enjoy practicing the yoga you share. Your teachings have been such a wonderful part of my yoga journey. However, after learning about Yogi Bhajan’s Kundalini Yoga practices and the concerns that much of what he taught may have been fabricated rather than rooted in traditional practices, I’ve become a little leery about what is real and what is not when it comes to Kundalini Yoga.
I’m reaching out to ask if your practices are based on Yogi Bhajan’s teachings or if they are drawn from other sources. If possible, could you provide some information about where your yoga comes from and how it aligns with traditional yogic lineages?
Your insights would be incredibly helpful in giving me clarity as I continue exploring my practice. Thank you for the beautiful work you do in sharing yoga with the world.

Hey Diana, thank you so much for expressing your appreciation of our teachings. We're both very happy to be able to share this path with you and know that you are enjoying what you learn and practice with us 🥰
Regarding your concerns about Kundalini Yoga and Yogi Bhajan, we totally get it! There have been many things coming to light lately that are quite disturbing, and unfortunately, will end up damaging and discouraging many beautiful souls from the entire path of Yoga.
I can confidently say that the foundation of our teachings has very little connection with Yogi Bhajan or the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI).
Our teachings come primarily form the Tantric sources that we have access to; the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, the Gheranda Samhita, the Shiva Surtas, Serpant Power, Vijnanabhariavtantra and other tantric texts, the Yoga Surta & Bhagavad Gita, as well as more modern writings on Kundalini, Chakras & consciousness from the Bihar School of Yoga, Anodea Judith, David Hawkins, and the like.
Over the years we have both experimented with a great variety of different practices and traditions with many different teachers. And ultimately we have taken what we have found that works best for us and tried to pass that on in the most effective way that we can.
We're not "guru people" and we're not dedicated to only one lineage. What is important for us is the practice - and whether or not it is effective.
For this reason if you explore our channel or subscribe to our website you will find a variety of practices, which appear representative of many different lineages. However, the teachings behind them all reference back to the texts which I have mentioned previously, not from any specific teacher.
I hope this helps to ease your mind. If there is anything else you would like to ask or know, anything you would like to share, I am very happy to discuss this further with you.
If you would prefer to communicate directly with us privately you can always e-mail us at RefeelYoga@gmail.com
We will always be happy to hear from you 🙏
P.S. the "Refeel Yoga Team" is just me and Clelia 😉

am very glad that you shared your doubts about the kundalini yoga guru. My doubts, however, are more about his unacceptable and improper behaviors, which I read about a few years ago. I even asked questions to the teachers, but I did not receive an answer. I really like this channel and I believe in the sincere intentions of the teachers, but just like you, my practice is held back by doubts about the guru. And whether such teachings, from the one that turned out to be weak, very weak, are worth supporting. At the moment, I am guided by my heart and trust Andrew/

nk you Andrew and Clelia. I am very glad that you have clarified the doubts that I had. I am very relieved because now I can practice with you without any resistance. I have been using your free recordings for several years and I am planning to buy access to the platform. I am also planning to take part in the workshops. I hope that Faninase will let me :) Once again, great gratitude for this beautiful, honest, open form of communication. This is another challenge that I will take up with you. Have a wonderful Christmas time
