Sorry but how do I get my front LED fender lights to flash yellow like that? I have a 2019 RT-L. Can't seem to find that part in the video.

Hello Ian, the 2019 RT & RT Limited models require you to run the turn signal wire up the side view mirror. That is shown here: th-cam.com/video/P0P-6xp5Vx8/w-d-xo.html

It does yes. It's compatible with the 2019+ models.
