Hello Dan & Denise, the MFG opted to go with a "universal" switch as many Spyder F3 & RT owners don't have any additional factory switch locations available. You could of course power these with a different switch if you'd prefer or even run them to our Neutrino Fuse Block so that you can turn them and other 12V mods On/Off with the free phone app. Thx for watching!
I purchased these along with front fender sequential turn signal/running lights and the expansion cable. Would there be any problem just connecting these to that expansion cable so they are always on rather than to the button switch?
Hello John, these should be connected to the battery with the provided push-button switch with inline fuse. These pull too much current to be used with the fender harness.
Hello Cee Dee, Can-Am updated the front fenders on the F3 & RT models in the 2019 model year. These will only fit the 2019+ F3/RT for that reason. My apologies.
In regards to fitment, yes... the Dynamic Lights can absolutely be used in conjunction with our SE Performance Driving Light Bar on the same bike, and would probably be pretty awesome. In regards to wiring, they're from two different manufacturers. The SE Performance Driving Light Bar pulls power from the 12v accessory port on the right side of the bike, whereas the dynamic driving lights are connected to the battery and include a waterproof switch. So you'd have one factory-style switch for your Light Bar and a separate push button switch for the Dynamic Driving Lights. Hope that answers your question. Thank you!

Installed these on mine yesterday. Test drove it last night and it made an amazing difference. I think I am going to love these for night driving.

Diameter of the holes on the mounting brackets were too small for fender mounting bolts
