Fantastic ending to one of my favourite video games. Thanks so much for uploading all of these videos, even if it was years ago now. Since I can't play this game at the moment I'm very grateful to be able to see it all again without any bullshit.
A “sadistic choice” type of ending. Option 1: Kill Matsuoka, and the United States wipes Japan off the face of the Earth. Option 2: Spare Matsuoka, and Japan attacks the United States, starting World War III.
It's a very small change really. If you kill him you see what happens at the end of this video. If you let him live the place just gets captured and raided.
