I live abroad and I live in a bubble where I read mostly positive stories about Pakistan, it's entrepreneurs, it's tech sector, it's potential but all that is washed away in a blink when I read incidents like this. Being a technical person i suggest him to use PVC boards rather than plywood or wood. PVC sheets are cheaper, highly durable, highly resistant for temperature and moisture and requires low maintenance. For interior use where you need to use kitchen and washrooms pvc boards are higly recommended.
