I love your vidoes. So authentic and so genuine and absolutely delicious. I love the areas you visit and truly believe you deserve a much larger following; you are doing a fantastic thing. It's language, geography and an intelligent gastronomy. Please don't get discouraged -I believe your website is no more, but you have a core devoted audience that love what you do. I'm doing my best to spread the word, so please keep doing what you do. I can't wait for the next video.
What I like about what you cook is that not only do we get a good recipe, but the cooking techniques I watch you use translate across to multiple recipes. Looked delicious. Simple is often best.
Great video! Delicious food, cool information. We enjoy each one you post. Looking forward, now more than ever, to returning to Spain. Happy New Year Pete!
Great video as usual Pete. I love the fact that you are constantly visiting with local chefs, butchers and fishmongers to ensure you have the proper ingredients/cooking methods. It adds such a level of authenticity to your dishes. I also like the fact you use a google map image to pinpoint exactly from where the dishes emanate. Happy New Year and keep 'em comin'.
Wow, what a nice surprise to see this in ye ole TH-cam queue this morning! Great footage as usual as well as the dish. Seeing the dried chilies reminded me that I need to use them more often. HAPPY NEW YEAR to Pete and his pans and safe travels!
Happy New Year, Pete! All the best to you and yours. :) I'd be intrigued by European rice inventions... have we had time to embrace rice like we did the potato?
The single most underrated cooking show on the internet. Well done. I'm a big fan
I appreciate your kind comment Anthony. Plenty more to come when things open up again. Cheers!

Gracias Kimberly! "Chilies" sounds hot but the ñora has no heat at all. Just a small dried red pepper. Happy New Year!!
