I love this lady. Believe it or not she has similar looks to what my Mom had. Unfortunately, I didn't completely inherit them, but enjoy watching and listening to Carmen. She's so earthy and wise. As for Madoff, he wasn't really responsible for the worst ponsy scheme in American history, that title, I would beg to differ should go to The Federal Reserve.

imho I'd say its a clean diet, non-processed but REAL food, no alcohol, good sleep routine, fresh air and exercise at least twice weekly outside of the city, ie feel the breeze and the sunshine on yr skin, it tones, tightens, invigorates; and i bet she has fck all to do with screens. She has the work ethic.
