WHICH WING IS BETTER: EVO 5 OR EVO 6?

Now I've got 2 Evo's in the garage, it's been a great opportunity to study both cars side by side and compare them. One of the first things I noticed was the differences between the 2 wings. I do love the iconic Evo 5 wing, but after spending time with the Evo 6 wing I decided I might like it more so decided to swap them over!

The Evo 6 wing is so beautiful 😍. I think it's perfect if you keep it black on the silver Evo5. The evo5 wing on the black evo5 needs to be painted in black. Well done Mythical Mark 😃👍

Agree the EVO 6 one looks better. The bottom part is much nicer with another wing instead of covering the boot.

shame it's heavier but yeah I agree also, I think it evens out the more aggressive front better.

i actually pefer the 5 spoiler then the double decker but i must say dirt dose get under there what i have done with mines is put small spongy waspers and made a gasket to block the water and yeat it looks nice without the wing should try a ducktail think it would look amazing

Having an evo 6 i'm going to be biased. But the car basically has a double wing.

I do love the 5 wing also, but for me, certainly in the flesh, the 6 wing is better.

I'd like to remove my Evo 5 wing but I'm worried that the brackets underneath are going to be rotten. I've bought a 4RS bootlid without the garnish lights, just waiting for some confidence to swap them over. Quite like the idea of adding an ARC twinblade to the 5 wing though, even a decent replica twin blade would look cool.

Do you mean the side mounts that hold the blade to the legs? I've removed 3 of these now and only had to drill out one bolt that had rounded out.
