It depends on which audio source you use. Since our system uses the car’s audio source the audio experience will be exactly the same and you can plug your phone in via iPod source for an optimal sound quality or use the car’s Bluetooth for audio
I have a 2017 NX. After installing this, after every time I start the car I need to hold down the menu button to launch carplay, or will it automatically launch carplay just as it does the OEM system?
You will need to hold down the map/home button to switch the screen to show carplay. The phone will automatically connect when you turn on the car via wireless connection
Is the audio still Bluetooth quality with usb cable in CarPlay or does it match the high quality on stock as “iPod”

do you have a rear camera add on option?
We don’t. All the Nx models this year should come with a factory rear camera
