My next door neighbours house is a Sears home ordered out of the catalog. The thing l find most interesting about it is that the original catalog it was ordered from along with the bill of sale and shipping invoices has stayed with the house since it was built. At some point in the past a previous owner had installed a built in cabinet into a closet wall to house the catalog for safe keeping.

That's interesting. About two miles from our home there is a house built from the blueprints of the house in the movie Mr Blandings builds his Dream House. It was a movie promotional thing done in a few places around the US. It's a nice house.

I was a problem in class with those magic markers because I stuck my favorite scented ones, the light blue and light green in my mouth and suck the flavor or whatever made them smell so good out of them and they would find those two specific markers completely worn out. Then they’d get a new batch, and then suddenly those same colors were completely worn out again and then they realized it was me and started putting them up away, so then the kids had to ask for them to be gotten down and if I was using them, someone had to sit with me and make sure I didn’t put them in my mouth again. The batch in this video is only about half the size of the batch that we used in class.

Slide rules are highly collectible, I bought a German one for $3 it was worth $400, I even acquired several that turned out to be ivory, I can't sell those online.
