I like to know why the flex tig 140 to the 250sl won't do aluminum welding?

Because it’s a DC welder and not an AC/DC welder so you can’t do AC Tig

Why won’t it weld aluminum?

AC current is preferred for TIG, not DC. Apparently the weld penetrates deeper with AC.
