    With a regular wall dimmer, it’s more of a resistor. Anyways, the LED will work with That range of voltage variation. And with the dimmer at its lowest I believe it’s around 90 volts, similar to what the results you got. You’ll have a lot more success experimenting with AC induction motors and playing with the lower voltages. At some point it just stops working. But a variac will help you explore that more than a dimmer. I’ve always wanted a Variac. I like your setup. And appreciate that you went the extra step with the rectifier to experiment with DC

    You should install an ammeter below the voltmeter

    Hi. This is so cool. Is it possible to put the isolation transformer in the storage box too? I mean if it fits inside.

      @@QuietNerd That's what I'm doing too. I'm learning about electrical engineering and sometime in the future, I will study how computers work using this same method
