I’m gonna try and visit as much of Malta as possible in 3 weeks, Mosta is definitely on the list for sure. Thanks for yet another video Alex, also don’t listen to the people criticising your opinions, you’re amazing at what you do ❤
Just got back to the UK from Malta. We didn't want to leave. Absolutely loved everything about the Country. Great videos Alix. These walking unedited daily ones show it how a tourist would see it. Not how a holiday brochure does it. Take no notice of some of the negative comments. I'm sure the positive ones outnumber them by a golden mile! Stay safe.
im sooo glad u got the point!! that exactly what i wanted, people to get this unedited videos to get a feel like they are there with me present! im glad you enjoyed our little island :)
Just got back to Canada after one month in Malta. Mosta was beautiful. The domed church is famous for the unexploded bomb from WWII. You can see a replica of it inside. The steps from the street outside go down into the old bomb shelters. Love your country!
@@AlexinMalta I’m coming to Malta specifically mosta for a job that I got … watching your videos prepares me mentally for my stay in Malta … I love your videos ❤
@@Nana_ley24that's great and congrats I will be coming to Malta as well later next year😁Malta is a beautiful island you cannot go wrong trust me and many job opportunities.
The Mosta Dome is beautiful inside and out 🤩 bringing back memories from my trip in summer 2023. The Pastizzi's look just like how my Nuna would make! Cheers from Canada
I’m really enjoying these videos Alex, it gives a real flavour of the island, some people can be very judgmental, and don’t listen to what is being said before they make a negative comment, you carry on doing what you do 💕love from England 🇬🇧
Thank you for showing my beautiful hometown. We lived just behind the church. My grandfather owned the building where Ta Maria restaurant is now when he owned it it was a billard parlor.
Hi Alex. I’m so excited! I love tMosta . My late father was from there. Great Monday markets. Santa Maria Festa is also fabulous. I need to meet you when I’m back in Malta next year! Xx
MARVELOUS MOSTA⭐ Lovely walk around central Mosta , my #2 City of choice. If only it had a beach, but can't win them all 😊. That church is to behold 😮. Mosta used to be known as the birth place for Great Teachers - intelligent lovely people. Thanks Alex 🚶🎥👏 Cheers 👍🇲🇹❤️🇪🇺
Thank you. My grandmother was from Mosta. My grandmother and grandfather were married in the domed church. I even have the house address before she took a ship to America and settled in San Fran, CA.
Alex you are great as always.great video. I will suggest you to make a video in the village of dingli and buskett. The dingli cliffs are amazing.dingli and buskett are full of nature.
Alex there is a museum shelter going down the stairs,on the side of the church. When you buy the pastizz ,than you crossed road. It’s on the right hand side facing the church,it’s😮 worth to visit one dayThank you for sharing and the lovely walk.❤️🌷🇲🇹🇦🇺I
LOl! I just KNEW that people would jump on you about Buggiba! You were very clear about not loving it "back in the day." However, I would not say that you were critical of the "current Buggiba." You pointed out the improvements and emphasized the change. You stated that different people have different tastes. I have seen you be honest - but I have never seen you be negative about Malta. (You are entitled to your opinion.) I can appreciate a touristic area but prefer to live in a quiet and traditional village. That is why I am the self proclaimed "princess of Qrendi!" Keep up the great content!! If you get them commenting-you know they are watching!!! xoxo
I absolutely love this area of Malta. Mosta is my favourite so far. Can't wait to meet my lovely friend Cristina when I come back to Malta. I'm definitely going to visit Mosta.. thank you Alex xx❤️❤️
Returning back to the uk I was in Mosta from 17th -21st October attending the greatest weekender starring Take That. I stayed at the most beautiful independent Cinematique hotel on Constitution street next to HSBC in your video. I visited the dome and it’s beautiful inside the architecture is just jaw dropping and so happy for those brave Maltese people the bomb never exploded. Oh, I love charity shops and visited Hugs charity shop that donate all their funds to the stray cats of Malta ,and there are a lot of them . The ladies who run it are British expats and they are a scream . I had such a laugh with them . Maybe go visit and promote Hugs as us brits love a charity shop . Hugs is up a side street left of the Dome .
Thank you for the interesting video about Mosta, of which most tourists only know the Rotunda. It's nice that we can see plants and trees in the narrow streets. It would have been interesting if you had said something about the prices of the pastizzi.
In 2022,I lived in Malta -Mosta, I like this place too much.. Now I saw this video I felt missing in Malta espectally Mosta, Rotunda Church and street....every thing..😢
Hi Alex, Thanks for addressing your views on Bugibba. I noticed you mentioned at the end of that particular video you once didn't like the people at that time... which I do agree with what you were saying, there were some very nefarious men at that time. But it has changed since then, and of course those particular people weren't locals, and I feel you should have addressed that. Immigrants, whether legal or illegal bring their own values and lifestyle challenges, this is what we are having to put up with at this time. Also there are things going on regarding tourism and short stay let's... for instance what is going on in Spain. Things are changing fast regarding tourism, and Bugibba is one of the main tourist areas for families and winter long stay holidays. Anyway, at least your friend gave it an 8/10 😄 I think you should have called this video lost in Mosta... at least you found your way eventually 🤣
They have a really good Liverpool FC bar in Malta it’s along one of the main roads so very easy to get it by bus too if you’re visiting the island , also this place is beautiful around Christmas time

Can you show some videos of some of the schools and churches in Malta?
Oh this Rotunda looks very much like Palermo 's Politeama Theatre😮😮😮😮

What does a girls’ school mean? Are the schools in Malta not mixed, i.e. a girls’ school and a boys’ school?
There are girl's school only and boy's school only and mixed boy's and girl's schools too.
