Hi Welcome to my description section. In this video I’ll show you how to create 3 amazing Pinterest & victorian inspired DIYs using Dollar Tree items. These DIYs are perfect to decorate your bedroom, living room, dining room, bathroom or even a wedding or birthday venue. The first project is how to create a silver flower vase accented with branches and hand-painted flowers, perfect to be displayed on your coffee table or dining table for an instant high-end look. The second project is how to create a beautiful candle using old candle wax and a flower vase and dessert glass. I also accented it with crystal for a more elegant finish. The final project is how to create a beautiful corset-inspired pillow cover that can instantly transform your bedding and living room pillow story into a unique look. I absolutely loved how these pillow look in my house, and Im definitely planing on making more of them for my bedroom and other areas of my home. i always enjoy seeing your videos. not only are the creative and aesthetically pleasing, but they are relaxing. as a retired candle maker, i'm not sure your candle is going to burn the way you want it to, due to the type of wax used (pillar, rather than container) and the vase not being made for heat. also, wicking requires certain sizes based on circumference, so a tall, skinny candle wick, would not burn wide enough for that size container. however, its beautiful as an art piece and you could easily set a tea light (real or battery) in the divit of the candle wax. thanks for sharing. also: a tip for breaking candle wax. freeze it. then take a hammer to it. much easier.
I love all your tips and the idea of placing a light on the divit of the candle wax is brilliant. To be sincere (and you can probably tell) I don’t have a lot of experience with candle making, for that reason I really appreciate your advise. @Midlife Mania, Thank you for the freezing tip. I got some candles that I want to chop/break up into small chips to melt for a special art project. I bought a small grater (like a cheese grater), but now I will definitely try the freezing technique! Thank you!

Lovely, I love Victorian style. Nice, the branch will cover the leg of the big speaker in my living room, great idea! Lilac is the color of my walls, basically all my bedroom is purple except for the bedroom set that is a dark wood, beautiful shade of pillow cover but the nearest DT around me only sells black, I need a trip to another store. LuLu, I'm a fan for years now, and have so many videos saved, so many screenshots, notes etc, but have yet to do anything lol I'm so not creative and get overwhelmed easily by it. I need every detail told and every single item used. So, can you please show us how you get the flowers so pretty and real looking? And what sprays do you use? What flowers do you buy?
