I bought the model 3S and maybe someone wants to have a second opinion on them. :) Shipping to Germany was fast. I bought them on the 25th and they came today on the 6th. They look cute and sound really great! I'm not an expert and don't really have anything to compare, but the audio quality seems to be very good. When using Bluetooth, there is some delay which should be fine for watching videos (haven't really tested this yet). But you can use them wired to not have any delay (it worked even with my phone via USB cable, but my phone started charging them, so they may drain the phone's battery fast). The only issue I've noticed is the one which was already mentioned by Zorua Maximum in one of the comments: They fit very tight! For people with glasses (like me), it may be a little bit too tight but I think it's gotten a little better after wearing them some time. Maybe it will get better after some days. For now, I can recommend them! If I notice something, I will update my comment. I can't say anything about the app because I still haven't tested it.

Unplugging and plugging back in fixes the problem. I'm not sure what causes it (maybe a loose connection at the USB port?). But it was only a few times and the only real issue I had.
Girl I’m studying Japanese too and everytime I try to speak I freeze and forget but reading and writing I’m pretty decent at lol it’s so frustrating. The fear of messing up your words makes me not want to speak

I want to get these for gaming but also for quieter piano practice! Do these headphones have a wire to connect to a headphone jack? or not even the wire, but a headphone jack socket that i could connect my own wire into? Unfortunately the digital piano doesn't have bluetooth :(

After I bought mine I got an email 5 days after confirming that they had shipped them out with a tracking number! Due to covid they may be running a bit slow! Check your email and it may be in there, I think my emails went to junk from them so check there if anything!
Did you ever have a loud pop sound? It sounds as if a component had popped inside the headphones. I've had this issue a few times already now and I always did not think anything about it because it happens rather rare but I still would like to know if others have the same issue. Hopefully it's not anything bad. The headphones still work normally.
I haven’t heard that! Maybe if it is something with the headphones you can contact the company and see if they do stop working they can send another pair! I haven’t heard that so I’m so sorry so couldn’t be as helpful 😭
The sound quality is really good!! Noise canceling is great, I don't have any real nice quality headphones to these to compare them to, I did own a pair of Razer D.Va headphones and this quality is much better
It connects to computer and all devices like normal bluetooth!! Only except is you can't change the color like you can with the app, You have to change them by clicking the buttons on the headphone
Zorua Maximum ok yeah I just know someone that was having issues with it connecting to Xbox is all and was curious but Xbox doesn’t have Bluetooth capabilities. Also how long did it take for your order to go through customs? Like a few days?
For the customized setting like the color of the ears, you are able to save them when you make an account on the app! Then you can go on there and pick that preset.

The battery lasts a long time! I probably wore them for about 4 hours after charging them for about 20 minutes?? They is not aux for them sadly 😭

They don't have a USB they are only Bluetooth connected but PS4 does have Bluetooth capability

You can put them in pairing mode from the instructions in the booklet, that helped me out a lot
