It's very good, in truth, I've been walking with the usual version of cat headphones 3G for a long time, and I couldn't find an overview of them when I ordered

I freaked out when I saw these were a thing. I literally started crying out of desperation and frustration that it's bluetooth and also so expensive and out of my budget lol. **Poor people noises** But your review helped me not feel TOO bad missing out on getting this adorable piece of tech... even if I might wish I could've gotten it to hang somewhere on display if I can't use them lol

It works with the audio cable and with bluetooth! And I think the audio cable has much better quality! And yes it’s definitely expensive but so cute 🥲💕

Genuinely thank you for the review. I first saw these on TikTok, but every video on there only has flattery to give, which I'm assuming is because they're sponsered. Driving myself crazy trying to find an aesthetically pleasing gaming headset that lights up, but is also wireless. I have recently gotten a new phone, and frustratingly it doesn't have a headphone jack. Yay, technology. 🤣 But all the same, apparently not all bluetooth headphones/sets are compatible with the PS4, which is what I primarily game on. These are pretty, and I realize that it's likely from the theme of the character they're based off of, but the thing that made me pause was that they only come in pink. I was willing to overlook it, though, purely for the sun and moon on the ears as well as the stars in other places. When I tell you it speaks to me spiritually, because ever since I read a book series in middle school my password for everything has been SunMoonStars, so these headphones caught my attention even though I've never seen the particular anime they're inspired from. And they are unique from most headsets; I've never seen one with so much detail before. But from everything you said, and the sound tests, I guess the colour isn't the only thing to make me rethink the decision. Especially with how expensive they are, I'd have to consider getting a separate microphone for multiplayer gaming, which is unfortunate. If you have any suggestions for a nice looking, yet functional gaming headset, I'd appreciate any advice. I'm not even partial to having the cat ears, really. My main attraction to stuff like this is the rgb/light up quality.
LOL I also have an iphone with no headphone jack - I ended up getting an adapter so I can still use my wired headphones though, since I typically prefer the quality of wired compared to the convenience of wireless. From my experience, most aesthetic goods sacrifice quality to maintain a reasonable cost, so you'll need to consider what you're willing to compromise on. I've had good experiences with HyperX headsets, though I'm not sure any are as pretty as you might like. I think a lot of it is a bit subjective, so my best advice is to just continue to look for headsets you like, and then read reviews before you make a choice. If you haven't found one yet, I hope you find one you like soon!

Hello! Thank you so much for testing the headphones with Bang Dream! Since I was going to buy it to play rythym games... but now that you mentioned the delay, I am going to reconsider it. My tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 has Aptx, so in that case this headphone would work well for rythym games in that tablet?
Personally, I find any delay affects my gameplay, as timing in rhythm games is very important. I think even with aptx the delay would still be noticeable, but you might be able to change in-game settings to adjust for it. I'm too lazy for that though so I always just use wired lol.

I got a pair of Rem headphones so I hope the quality is at least a bit better as I expected (foolishly, tbh) the sound quality to be decent. I play almost exclusively battle royale games now so all I need to hear is the sound of footsteps, which oddly, might be enhanced with the muddy low end.
Your Bowers sound pretty good for being 6 yrs. After 7 years, my ATH-M40x headphones (Audio Technica is quality, I loved them) broke and I ordered these Rem headphones to replace them. I just hope I can still use them for music production, but I might just get a special pair for that and not use them for everything.

Hi! I just wanted to ask in regards to the charging cable, I looked up the 5 volts adaptor and the head looks different from the cable. Is it able to charge via a PC port?
Hey~ Yes, the charging cable is a usb-c to usb-a. The usb-c plugs into the headset and the usb-a can plug into a wall adaptor or into your pc. So the short answer is yes! It can charge via a PC port.

It should come in a cardboard box 😫😫 the actual packaging is now damaged. Is the sound quality comparable to the razer headphones?
I ordered mine on a Saturday and got them the next Tuesday. I brought the box inside and was totally baffled on what the heck it was till I opened it. Mine was wrapped like hers which was kind of a bummer considering the dmg to the box and because the shipping was so much. I have the razer quartz krakens and I cried the first time I listened to music in these Sakura headphones because they are the nicest thing I own. I will agree with the mic quality but as she said I didn’t buy them to use the mic, I didn’t even know there was a mic till after I watched a different review.
Absolutely! Crazy that shipping costs so much and they didn’t even put it in a cardboard box to protect it 😔 Sadly, I don’t have Razer so I can’t compare sound quality! I did notice that the Razer doesn’t have nearly the same padding as the Yowu headphones though, so considering the extra weight from the cat ears, I would imagine Razer isn’t as comfortable. I’ve seen some other reviews online comparing the two so hopefully they can help you 💕

Do you mean to purchase them? You can buy them through the app, but I purchased mine from the Yowu website online. The sound/light control features, tutorials etc are all in the app!

Do not go for the wireless cat ear one from razer because it is just bad lol. I own the wire black and pink ones and love it so far. I even own yowu but the razer cat wire headphones r so much better.

And for sure I think Yowu couldve done a better job with the packaging for shipping to prevent damage since I know there are many who like to keep nice packaging for collector/limited edition items. I’m personally not too bothered by this sort of thing, but I completely understand how it can be upsetting 😖

Iirc, it’s possible that some of those orders were backorders and so production and shipping would take longer (but I’m not sure 😖) - Honestly it’s crazy it’s been that long so I’d recommend you contact yowu on insta and/or their support email with the receipts and ask about it! Well, I've had the headset for 8+ months now. I think my initial review still stands pretty strong. I find that it is quite heavy compared to other headsets, especially top heavy due to the cat ears, and so I find I'm much less likely to actually use them. The audio quality is also still as awful as ever. I've been careful to maintain the padding so it's still in pristine condition but I can tell that one day it will inevitably flake and as far as I can tell, there's no way to replace it easily. They mostly sit on a headphone stand so I can just admire them 😂 If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask!
@@mori5267 someone found you can remove the padding like other headphones but they don't sell replacements so that function isn't really useful.

Is there a mute button?
Sorry, what did you mean by mute button? There’s no button on the headphones to mute yourself in a call, and no button to immediately turn volume to 0. You would need to use your phone to do that. If it helps, I’ll write the different buttons functions here: Buttons can be used to power on, power off, pair to a bluetooth device, turn lights on and off, change light mode, and change light colour. In wireless mode, buttons can also be used to play, pause, and answer calls, increase and decrease volume, skip songs, or return to the previous song.
@@mori5267 yeah I was wondering if there was a butting to mute your mic on the headset or the extended piece that you plug in. I know the yowu miku headset had a mute on the boom mic so I was hoping this one had one on the extender piece where the volume is. Thanks for responding!
@@kairilaicreampuffs Sorry it took me ages to check lol! So after checking the manual, testing buttons in calls, and rewatching Yowu’s tutorial, I can confirm there is no mute button. I think I should also mention the Sakura headphones do not have a boom mic; instead, it has a built-in stereo mic (and as shown in my video the quality is pretty bad with bluetooth but its fine with the audio cable)! Hope this could help you 💕✨
