- Here's a posting of the headphone review I did for Yowu's cat ear lineup! Originally this was posted for TikTok but since they keep threatening to ban the app I decided to post it here as well for prosperity lol

Would it be possible to get a microphone test as a conclusion to the review? I think it's always a shame when people only talk about the quality but no test takes place so that the community can get an idea of it
I have the all black ones and can't seem to connect on my xbox
i have a SO wanting to get this headset i was curious on the ease of use of them in regards to PC connectivity as we've learned the 3g headset from Yowu has to be plugged in to use discord as well as listen to browser audio and while using Bluetooth it defaults to the handsfree mode for mobile which dramatically drops audio quality and you can only head discord at that point and no other audio source

Although I don’t really need the mic part because I have a separate one but I just wanna make sure I’m getting what I’m paying for. Since $139 is really expensive for a headset.
I’ve had better cat ear headphones with mic for $25. So right now I’m thinking whether I should get it or not.
Do you think their newest version, the Yowu Cat Ear Heaphones 4GS would have better mic quality?
Yeah the mic quality kinda bummed me out but imo it's not a total deal breaker unless you have that as your ONLY mic. Unfortunately I can't comment on other models because I've never used them, sorry!

In regards to the mic quality (ps5 user here) what does it compare to like mid level headset mics in the 60 dollar range? Those are what I have been using and am looking to upgrade to something a little nicer if not at least the same quality. I’m currently using the Somic Gs5 Pro, I would love any suggestions!
loved the video and your review!! to touch more on the sound quality, do you think these would be good for immersion / story based games? i guess games like red dead, the last of us, the witcher, etc.? i'm not a huuuuge audiophile, but i do like things to sound good and not stutter lol!
The sound was comparable in quality to my SteelSeries Arctis 7 Pros so they'd probably be just fine for that!
Has anyone found any good replacements ear pads for YOWU? I’ve been looking forever
So far there's not an official replacement option, you'd have to take a gamble with a set off of amazon which is one of the biggest detractors for me personally
Do they connect wirelessly to PlayStation 5
I don't have a PS5 but I'd assume so, you can check their website to verify!

Are they heavy?
They weigh about the same as my Arctis 7 Pros, the weight distribution is just a bit different because of the ears at the top.
