Why not pressi Q and E together? isn't quicker?

It depends on situation. After casting E you're not in range anymore for auto attacks + the distance between your enemy grows.

Her early-mid is strong but she falls off hard in terms of damage late game and relies on her ult utility. Shes decently balanced
