I'm the same size as you, including hands, so these videos are very useful to me. Lovely gloves.
They’re more than a little generous in size. They run weirdly large. I originally bought a large via the sizing chart & they fit great except for the fingers. The fingers are abnormally long! I returned them and got a medium. They’re a snug around the palm, but the fingers fit well. The thumbs, on the other hand, are weirdly long on this pair. Other than the goofy sizing, the gloves are very high quality and built well. Make sure to try these on in person before you buy!

It should be a standard across all gloves. It's very useful.
