@@skyangel6336 normally you shouldn't feel dizzy. If you have a vestibular problem or brain injury it could. You can always modify movements to your tolerance then increase either the speed of movements or number of repetitions. Also look at how intense the dizziness is on a 0-5 scale. If you fell like a 1-3 then it is ok to push yourself a little. If it is a 4-5 then modify to your tolerance. It should improve with repetition.
Hi bro, how are u now? I have been feeling the same as u have mentioned- a sense of feeling like I am in a train. Have u diagnosed the underlying cause?
I just do not understand why I have to do exercises for my vertibular neuritis. If the nerve is inflammed is causing it then why cant an inflammatory pill bring it down. I just hate this feeling.
This is to retrain your brain to read the signals correctly to feel normal again. This is irrespective of what causes your dizziness and imbalance. There may be additional line of treatment depending on what condition you have.
Hi may i ask. Is it normal to have vertigo for 5-10 seconds once in every 2 days? I did the vestibular exercises been 2 weeks now. Dizziness reduce, but the vertigo comes back every 2-3 days
@@ghaida6691hi yes, i had dizziness & light headed since dec’23, since June I have recovered. It came back to 85%-90%for 1 week-1 month. But then most of the time am recovering 90-99%. I did the somatic tracking from Dr Yonit( look in youtube)
Hi! I have pppd, I'm recovering using exercises very similar to these, so you should do good! If you don't already follow Dr Yonit here on TH-cam I highly recommend her! She's helped me so much with the emotional side of pppd
It's worth mentioning not to use a weighted object (like a dumbbell) for these exercises. Use something light like a slipper or tissue box.
thanks
Exactly, not too heavy..otherwise, it can increase the dizziness
People OCD will love all these new moves
THIS WORKS!! I,M BETTER NOW,,,,....

Lol. I thought it was just me!!!🤣
😂😂😂😂😂 me too😊
Feeling dizziness is a part of retraining process, do it little slower
Am I the only one who thinks this video is hilarious? Can’t stop laughing
Do you have to talk like a robot to get the full benefit of these exercises?
😂
Omg. I'm dizzy just from watching
so... bruises from falling over doing this are ok?
Hold positions for 30 sec. When exactly, pls explain. Thnks.
Thank you so much❤️🥺
IS THIS SPECIFICALLY FOR BPPV INDUCED DIZINESS?
No. This doesn't cure BPPV but it can help with general dizziness and imbalance.
@@condewit93 I feel dizzy doing them....should I?

anyone here who has tinitus.i got it 2 years back and now i sometimes get dizzy feel sick and wonder if its to do with tinitus
You shall better get a consult. Tinnitus could be a symptom of an underlying disease.
Could be vistibular migriane
You should go to an ENT for a full work up.
