In this video, learn how to restart the digipad or reset it completely when required, as sometimes when you install/uninstall apps for it, it tends to hang or create some other problems. Using this method, you can attempt to fix the problems by yourself either by restarting or restarting the digipad.

Found out Long press volume knob can hard boot digipad 1 without touching anything.
Thanks, Resetting helped me to resolve some glitches of insensitive touch and auto scroll in digipad 1. I had to reset radio stations again as resetting remove all apps installed by us, radio stations, WiFi network etc.
I had lost original Honda wifi costing 700rs.. Tried various other mini WiFi dongles.. Nothing worked. But TP WiFi dongle link (450rs) given by you worked well. thanks mate.
Glad to know you solved the problems of your digipad and also got the tp link dongle. And yes, the volume knob long press does work too! Try installing some interesting apps on the digipad like speedometers and gmaps for more enhanced usage. Check out my channel for detailed guide videos.

Thanks for the same, my digipad in City 2018 is almost unresponsive and I'm not able to use it at all. Will try resetting it once. Also if I connect the bluetooth, it gets disconnected automatically. Hope the reset will help.
Also is there any way where we can upgrade the digipad 1.0 to 2.0 or any higher version? I would love to have Car plan & Android auto and if I want to have that, I need to go to a 3rd party one. Any 3rd party supporting these you recommend?

Have you tried contacting your Honda Service Centre? If fuel efficiency lights are not working then you need to get your car checked immediately.

Personel working at car washing center had decreased the brightness to zero I was hardly unable to see anything
So I tried resetting the digipad
But now just honda icon is slowly blinking since 1 hour
It is stuck in boot loop. Hard press the on/off button for a few seconds to turn off the digipad. Then turn it on again. If that doesn't solve it, then disconnect the battery terminals for some time and reconnect again while the car is off. If both these steps do not work, then you may have to visit the Honda Service Centre.

If it is showing as connected in both mobile and digipad, open the bluetooth player in digipad. Then try playing some music.
How to reset audio if cant on

If it is a Honda Digipad, then yes it should work.

Then the only option is to get it checked in the nearest Honda Service Center.
I did the reset as my navigation app was not starting up . Keep getting msg as unable to start. But even after reset , it hasn't resolved . Pls help
If its still not starting after reset, then the map files may be corrupted. Show it to the service center and ask their opinion.

I dont recommend using white led light as they cause inconvenience to oncoming drivers, the same way someone else using it might cause disturbance to your eyes.

No. You need to reset it via the touch panel. If your touch panel is not working, then register a complaint with your Honda dealership. If your car is under warranty, then it will be replaced for free.

Unshort urls with 3npz of any services etc., What went wrong pl reply. I have done all settings as u said.

My 2017 wrv digipad, sound is not coming from speakers while playing music or radio.
But sound is coming while the Igo map is running.
I already restarted and also reset twice still the same problem.

If you have done both restart and reset and if still its not working, then you need to show this your honda service center to identify the problem.

Make sure you have set proper date and time after resetting the digipad.

Well that needs to be checked out. You can try resetting it but regardless of that if it doesn't work, then get it checked at the Honda service center.
Will factory reset restore digipad 1.0 from 2.0
Factory reset will bring the digipad unit to its original default settings and remove all user settings and apps.
Hi sir, Touch is not working and my car is in extended warranty but Honda service center says that infotainment system doesn't cover under extended warranty. Is it correct?
Ideally it should. But if they are saying its not, means they are not willing to replace it. I recommend that you look for some other avn systems like Sony or Pioneer. Trying to get it replaced under warranty from Honda will be a long and hard task.

Touch problem indicated a hardware fault in which case, the unit has to be replaced. Get it checked at your Honda Service centre.

Yes it will be. Take your car to the service centre and lodge a formal complaint. Honda will replace it for free.

Try resetting the digipad. You can do it in the settings menu.

How to turn off radio in honda wrv digipad. I am unable to find any option to turn off the radio due to which the car always have a buzz radio sound if it is not conected to any other sound mode.
Press the 'source' button on the steering wheel once. It will change the audio mode from radio to other source.

Shivam, click the source button. It will turn off the radio. Also, no other audio will play unless you want it to play.

The stock speakers provided by Honda aren't that great. If you are getting a aftermarket system, better to change the speakers along with them too. Bose, JBL, Sony etc, there are various options.

If the touch panel is not working, then there is no other option to correct it except replacing the entire unit.

Turn off and turn on again. If that doesnt work then try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes and connect again, then turn on the digipad to check.
