I dont know why u are not the most famous car reviewer(if thats what they call it ) in Malaysia yet ! I just bumped into your reviews and saw through alot of them yesterday . The way u review cars is unique and doenst blindly talk about figures ( well people with half a brain could google about all the figures they want anyway ) Keep it up ! Looking forward for more interesting stuff from u bro !
+Ken Shin and i would appreciate if you check out my emagazine at www.evomalaysia.com; it's the first emagazine in the world that you need not download anything or subscribe or pay. :)
Bobby Ang haha no offense but the will is just not to my taste, it has a peculiar design...my personal favourite would be the mark x and the crown..hey nice channel btw, i liked the point of view of the video of you driving now compared to your older vids, keep up the good work man

+Sean Lim thanks! The first magazine i started (Wheels Weekly, which later become Live Life Drive) uses the Will VS as a logo haha! As for the point of view, it's always dependent on whether the car has a sunroof or moonroof to mount my camera haha!
wow... i didnt know/aware wheels weekly was yours. i really like the magazize and its one of the reason i bought my previous car, naza forte. all the best to you..
Love this generation Crown. Best looking of all the generations. Current one is odd looking, like Toyota is trying too hard. Nice to see you got your dad the driver's car version of the Crown eh. The engine I believe is same as the previous generation Lexus IS and previous gen Toyota Mark X. Current Mark X engine is different. Anyways, Toyota just makes reliable cars, and this 12 year old car is proof. Best of all, unlike the run of the mill Camry, the Crown is actually RWD.
+Ananth Arunasalam hi ananth, ok, this car is generally very very reliable. As for parts, locally of course there isn't a lot, but depending on what you wanna buy. All mechanics say they can find it no issues. (Actually nowadays, very few cars cant find parts) if you want accessories, there are millions of them because the Crown is sold in china, just ask any of your friends who can read n write mandarin to download the TaoBao app and search there, crazy cheap too. Doors, windscreen all these easy to find from china as LHD and RHD all an pakai. I give you n example, our rear tail lamp spoilt. Local chop shop wanna sell RM1,500 each side. We go taobao, buy LED ones RM400 both sides plus shipping haha. External parts all no issues. Internal engine mechanical parts no issues, as local chop shops have, and the 2.5 V6 is also used by Toyota Mark X, plenty around. Internal electronic parts will be harder because unlike European cars, everything got app or website, type in VIN number straight got picture, parts lists to buy, these are JDM cars, and Japanese dont do this with english version, so have to find. We faced an issue with the immobiliser and took us 3 months to fix. After that, no issues. Supremely reliable car
Bobby Ang Hi Bobby, thank you for your reply. love all your reviews.... I'll surely ' do a revision' on your reviews when I'm in the market for a new ride.... cheers & keep rockin it.....
Good day Bobby , Mate could you please tell me is it possible to start Crown 2005 from remotely without entry and start car ? Thank you for Great video mate keep on 🥰🙏🏻 Cheers Matt
Where might I be able to get parts and maintenance done for a rare Lexus or Toyota such as this in the Klang Valley? Are spares hard to come by? Thinking of a 2003 Celsior, the one with the 4.3 V8. Thanks!
+Alan Shah You can go to the workshop i go to, it's called Eurotech, at Taman Mayang, the owner's called Ah Sam. Very honest guy, affordable prices, and he fixes all kinda of luxury cars, Lexus, Porsches, Audis, BMWs, Mercs etc. Not bad i'd say, i send all my cars to him.
The only reason they removed the oscillating airvents is to do with possible future longevity issues. Not that they have failed but they were concerned about them breaking. Crazy hey. Imagine a western car company actually giving a shit about future longevity of a car.

Yeah it's really nice. :) yeah man current one is so overly styled ... and they no longer position it so high to not overshadow the Lexus GS even.
