People can’t handle fame and fortune much older than he was. At 13 he didn’t stand a chance. The only people looking out for him were his friends in the group and that’s why his manager forced him to go solo. Got him isolated, hooked, the robbed him for every dime.

The women who introduced him to heroin was 29 and he was 14. She was basically a child molester. When he started messing w Zola he was 13 and she was 19. By the time he was 20 Frankie was a flaming hot mess. Sadly he was just a child and had no adult supporters ( where was his mother) , just people taking advantage of him.

I love how you put a new spin and twist on the Frankie Lymon story. There is so much about his life people know and don't know. Frankie endured so much as a child. Sounds as though he lived a dozen lifetimes before he died. He lived the only life he knew to live. Thanks for this walk down memory lane. Geneva no one dares to go where you go with these true life stories. You give the artists there moment of Truth as well as their dignity. Are you able to do a commentary on the gospel group the Clara Ward Singers. The first crossover gospel group need their moment to shine. The great times the bad times and the ugly times. I think that only one or two original members is still alive. God bless you and long live your channel Sistah.

I JUST QUICKLY WANT TO POINT OUT A COUPLE OF THINGS THAT YOU GOT WRONG.. FIRSTLY FRANKIE DID NOT WRITE THE SONG WHY DO FOOLS FALL IN LOVE AS AN ESSAY. THE SONG WAS ORIGINALLY A POEM WRITTEN BY A NEIGHBOR'S GIRLFRIEND. THE NEIGHBOR GOT TIRED OF THE TEENAGERS SINGING THE SAME FIVE SONGS IN FRONT OF HIS DOOR SO HE GAVE THEM THAT POEM AND THEY SWITCHED SOME WORDS AROUND AND ADDED A TUNE AND THEN IT BECAME A SONG. NOW SECONDLY WITH THE WHOLE COURT SITUATION.. THE ORIGINAL TEENAGERS STARTED THE PROCESS BECAUSE THEY WANTED THE RIGHTS TO THE MUSIC THEY WROTE AND MORRIS GOT MESSY & CALLED THE WIVES UP AND BROUGHT THEM INTO COURT AND THE TEENAGERS WERE FORGOTTEN ABOUT BUT THEY WERE THE ORIGINAL ONES THAT STARTED THE COURT CASE BECAUSE THEY WANTED THE RIGHTS TO THEIR SONGS THAT THEY ORIGINALLY WROTE AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN WIN THEIR RIGHTS AND WAS FORGOTTEN ABOUT BECAUSE MORRIS TURNED THE CASE INTO A SHIT SHOW.

To be honest, they could’ve dug deeper into his life and Larenz Tate look nothing like Frankie Lymon He really didn’t jus sayin they need to redo Why do fools fall in love in 2023 and really need to do more research on Frankie before they try to make another movie about his life because the 1992 version was such bullshit they left so much out Like him growing up in Harlem New York, his rough childhood, working at a grocery store while hustling prostitutes for a pimp and a woman turning him onto Heron They left all that shit out, and just concerned about him, being with the group and breaking up and being with three women and those three women trying to get his assets because of a nasty ass mob boss at gee records putting them against each each other
