@@DEPARTUERS19 I couldn't agree more. The guy has played a Cuban, a Puerto Rican and a Spaniard. Meanwhile he's Italian-Irish. That's called acting. I strongly suggest the movie Q & A from 1990 with Nick Nolte in which Asante plays a Puerto Rican drug dealer with impeccable precision.
Me and this movie have history. I moved into a new place cable guy was late by 2 months. The only thing I had on my computer was this movie & I went to sleep to it every night. Love it
Great actors and dialogue, also the clothes and hairstyle from the 70tes!! Only the end is coming to quick and the movie needs 90min more play time to told more of the story!!! Give him 9/10 👍👍👍😁

It was definitely good, but being from the areas they were from I feel they overplayed the Italian goomba thing. Just some over exaggeration for the movies I think.

Nobody can compare to Armand Asante.. Armand's acting is priceless in Gotti movie. Travolta was so bad trying to be Gotti or any gangster I couldn't even watch Travolta even more surprising Was Gotti Jr agreeing with Travolta making an wasting everyone's time.

The best gotti was with Armand Assante. He had all his moves down, accent and the cool presence of a New Yorkers
There is only one gotti movie that was made. ARMAND ASANTE did a spectacular job in portraying him..like the original FBI with Jimmy Stewart from 1939
Who's John Gotti. John Gotti
Yep, not even John Travolta could deliver better than Armand Assante!!! 🤩
I see Christopher Moltisanti’s script finally got recognition
Can't believe no one else thought that was hilarious!

Good story. If it would had more than $145 budget, it could have been made a pretty good movie.
I was thinking 100$?
You could make more in one day washing car windscreens @ the traffic lights than that was spent on this movie.
if it was true this movie is so full of shit the only true part in the movie is there was mobsters with those names
