I'm caught with and have been weekly with the manga for a year, and the anime is very well done, seems as close as you can get in my eyes. I would suggest finishing the anime like you already want, and then once it's over if you want to dive into the manga, I would recommend.
You should promote the manga. Not only are you in for a wild story but if more people buying the manga, it will keep this story going for the future of the anime.

You should react to the OP and ED for Giji Harem, 2024. One of the best 2024 animes to come out recently, and the full opening song Blouse, is also worth a reaction as well.
If you want another laugh, watch the dub. It's absolutely great quality, and it gives no shits about using English colloquialisms at places, just like Dr. Stone's English dub. Worth the watch.
