Apart from the additional scenes there were improvements right from the beginning of the episode already - it looked more polished, a lot of the scenes from the original were drawn better especially Mahoraga, no ghosting/dimming you could see the colors pop more and even see Sukuna throwing slashes at Mahoraga.
at 5:58 the train scene was reworked, if u actually look at the comparison from tv and blu ray u can see that they added sukuna actually moving in it and its so fire 🔥
