Another Hearthside Grove, terrific. Very nice. Thank you Andrew, Craig, Justin, Mickey, Eric, Reese, Rich, Kristen, Joe, Lucy and Joe for the tour and sharing your enthusiasm of this fine Resort. Happy trails!
Very nice community. In this price point I would like to have a RV port to protect my Coach from the elements.Especially if I was up there in the winter months.
A lot with a motorcourt, a customized home under 2 million dollars in a secure yet exclusive RV resort and another 2 million for a high-end motorhome (Prevost or Newell) but the one from Miami, Oklahoma is my prefer choice. I'll take this over any L. A. Homes any day, twice on sunday! Great content as always, Andrew. Keep it up brother!
Glad to see that you made it to HG Lake Erie! I told you it was a wonderful place. Hard to believe that it’s built on a former golf course. You forgot to mention that Geneva on the Lake is just around the corner. Kind of a small “beach town” with cool little shops and restaurants.
When you buy a $2-3million dollar 45'-feet Coach; do the logistics for parking for starters. Two, finding RV sites that allow these big motor coaches and finding Availability. Sometimes you have to boondock at Wal-Mart's and Crackerbarrels while waiting for spots to open up. Instead; you buy strategic location properties through out the country makes it easier. I bought 3-locations; just pull in, relax for several months, avoid the Winters and hit the road.
Very nice development has a lot to offer, I sure for the summer not sure about the winter. Andrew another very nice job getting the info and showing us around.
He mentioned the bungalow that was priced at $980k had “9-foot doors” are you sure he didn’t mean 8-foot doors? Never seen 9-foot interior doors unless they were custom and that would be very expensive
You know, something that crossed my mind as the one guy said they use it as a summer home. What's the tax consequence of staying inthe State of NY for so long? What's his domicile State? Taxes, capital gains in particular, are important at retirement age. You might consider asking those questions from time to time
@@timinsandiego6979 Your domicile is considered where you spend 6 months and 1 day. If you don't own a place then a lot of people get a mailbox in their state of choice and that is their stated domicile. I'm no expert but that is what I understand it to be. I don't think owning a property in another state is a big deal. You just have to prove your state of residence based on the numbers of days you stay in the state.
I lived in a similar environment, an award winning water feature / landscaped property.I enjoyed the water sound, but it was toned down from this . I prefer more of a babbling Brook sound versus the loud fountain.I would find this too loud and want to wear air plugs ,also I find the layout /over night straight line geometry/not relaxing.I prefer their other location/more meandering-Private. With all that having been said I think it’s a friendly nice place to be it’s just not for me
So, starting at $200k plus 1% taxes for a cement pad, and then $350 a month!!!!! For dues? And you still need to pay electric and gas. For something you can only use 8-9 months out of the year! I could afford it, but it isn’t a smart buy! Much better to buy something down south and just rent up here for a few months. And I don’t see anything in that 1.1M coach house property that makes it worth that much!
Cost of real estate and property tax always on the rise. You get Older, you want to be doing yard work and cleaning your Motor Coach in your 70's-90's? Bungalow on one level, no stairs. Property tax reasonable. Electricity, reasonable. Plus, millions of RV's out there; that's why these places sell out quick!

Beautiful and free advertisements you can't get anywhere except with the best Andrew!
You know how to do it Andrew. Miss seeing your other half. Keep up the good work.
Good Job Andrew! Rumor has it the Beautiful Newell Coach could be hitting the market!
yet again another great video to show the rest of us what we can't afford. Thank you for this video.
That's a great RV community. Very high end. I could think of a lot of possiblities for those empty lots. Thanks for sharing, Andrew!👍👍
Nice new editing!! Good to see the new drone shots, too!
Yup. Can see the retired or semi-retired with a property here and another in Florida or Arizona. Best of both worlds. Andrew Steele is a legend!

Totally amazing! Thanks, Andrew!
Wow!! Never knew we had something like this in Ohio, 40 minutes from home!!😮
What do you need the coach for If you are putting hundreds of thousands to over million down for basically a holiday home?
More $$ then brains?
You are free to go wherever you wish and rent your lot to someone else.

This place needs Daniel Mac asking everyone what they do for a living
🤣🤣🤣
Retired, Retired, Retired
Nice lots with great options when not in use, rig storage or rental. The constantly running water would have me living in the bathroom though. :)
All I can say is WOW !!!!!!!!
Your the best man
Nice video, keeping coming
What a great resort for the rich people out there because I’d never in my life be able to even drive by that place!!!!!!!!😅
We were there in July. We talked to your Newell Buddy.
what does it look like in winter?
Can you put a pool spa on the lot
Love this!!!!
Very Cool!
Pretty place
Awesome place to be
Andrew, HOA fees and will my 2002 Beaver Marquis be allowed?
First they created top of the line RVs. Now they're creating resorts. What's next? RV boat houses?
Can I ask the stupid question? Lol
Do you have to own and RV to own an RV lot & or bongolo lot build?
Guessing that would be the difference between a trailer park rental option vs rv park option or something
Does your coach have to be of a certain year? I’m sure the winters up there can be brutal…Beautiful kept grounds…❤️….Love all the build outs
They suggest 10 years old or newer....but you don't have to upgrade if your coach passes 10 after you buy
Only in a America! Heck of a presentation!

I would love to purchase a lot here
$1.1 million for a lot and 2br . Just buy a nice home outside the resort for 1/2 the price and add an RV slab
Check this view 2:31 and 3:40❤️❤️❤️☺️

Seems like a great summer place and then head south for winter
That is the what most of the owners I know do
