Storm Kathleen CROSSWIND Landings & Takeoffs at Newcastle Airport (7th April 2023)

- Storm Kathleen brought strong gusts of wind to the North East today with the strongest recorded gust at Newcastle Airport being a Gust of 45 knots.
Frequently throughout today, the wind was between 30-40 knots, and due to the direction varying at times, it made conditions very difficult.
Here are all of the highlights I've put into a compilation with all the Go Arounds listed below.

My mate from work was on the Jet2 flight,ended up flying down to Stanstead with a 4hr wait on the tarmac while they refuelled and returned to Newcastle 🤞👌😁
Aww that is a pain they had to divert. But at least they made it back home in the end.
