+Anton Amirwandi you're stupid if you think HFB are still playing big shows because of there own tunes, everyone who goes is going for oasis songs, Beady eye never sold as many tickets as HFB because they played one oasis song, but Beady Eyes music was way better. fact
Anton Amirwandi which part was that last insult aimed at? If it's the Beady eye bit, no, no no no no no. As someone who likes oasis, and yano. Rock n Roll, I think Noel's albums have both been garbage, with about 3 good songs between the 2, when Beady Eye had one good album and an okay album
+Anton Amirwandi you haven't made any points you've resorted to poor insults, because I am correct. you can't tell me you go to a noel Gallagher gig to hear in the heat of the morning and not fade away
+Steve Em Blur were actually probably bigger until Wonderwall was released, then Oasis went astronomical. Blur were always better though ;) Just kidding of course, well i'm not kidding, both bands were excellent. We would kill for 2 bands as good as those to come out now, rivalry or no rivalry.
Most on an Oasis video might disagree, most on a Blur video might agree ;). Anyway, it's never competition, i enjoy both. Wouldn't it be great for 1 band half as good as Blur or Oasis come around now, never mind 2?
@Lenny Henry I apologize for whoever influenced you to think blur would even be comparable to Oasis. It's not your fault. I'm sorry you were misguided. But please... never ever ever ever ever compare "blur" to Oasis ever again. Tf is wrong with you.
They had a big fight cause Liam didn,t like it that Noel was doing more vocals, Noel was already writing the songs and music, vocals was Liams gig, thats what cause the break up.
A lot of you guys hate Liam for his behaviour and attitude which arguably caused the breakup of Oasis but just imagined the band without Liam. How big of a difference Oasis would be without him imo. Not saying he is entitled to act the way that he did but he certainly had made the band the way we love them today.
great band, I miss the 90s. they came from a domestic violence home, no wonder that there were issues with Liam and Noel, but nevertheless they are brothers and are both good in their own way. I always thought Liam was the cute wild little brother, but Noel was the cool big brother with swagger, lol. I wish they would get back together, at the end of the day they are still blood, that will never change. Put the past behind.
Every bone, muscle, nerve, and brain cell in my body cannot understand why there isn't even a trace of this song in their greatest hits album. Whether I look at it from a logical, spiritual, or business perspective, I sit baffled as to why out of 27 studio songs, 20 live songs, and 40 videos, they could not squeeze in one spot for Don't Go Away.
it is my ambition in life to learn every single chord of every oasis track ever. imagine, had another shite day on the job, come home, roll a scoob crank the amp and proceed to get lost in your childhood dreams. cant get better than that. or should i just say......fookin mad fer it!!!
Dunno about you guys, but I preferred Liam's "raspy" vocals. Gave it a punchy, solid, Lennon vibe. Most Oasis fans I know enjoyed Liam's choir boy 94' - 95' vocals more, which was rockin' on its own. But I personally enjoyed his 97' - BE era vocals a lot more, and people have bashed me for it. lmfao
Ya I liked Hindu times era Liam..I thought there was a great balance of sweet song bird with a good jigger of raspy shredding around that time... However it must be said that John Lennon could sing perfectly dry or wet with distortion n it was his choice to sing either way...Liam has no such facility over his fine voice n often does not know what’s coming out of his pipes from song to song...we all know this from watching him live with oasis ...using his left arm to signal to his brother to provide vocal back up or waving him off
Real music like Oasis comes from the heart...studying music will give you none of the answers millions around the world have found in this song and the many others from Oasis in the past 20 years.
amazing song and cuts deep when you know the inspiration behind it....Remember reading about it and Noel said his mam had a cancer scare (or was diagnosed I honestly can't remember) and he wrote this at that time....beautiful
what good is music if you don't feel a thing while you listen to it. Study all you want it never changes the fact that Oasis is the best band of the past 30 years.
Liam sings with his arms behind his back to get more power to his voice. He also rests the microphone above his upper lip and beneath his nose to get the sound he wants. Good stuff, sounds great and thanks for posting this.
Oasis forever ETERNITY. Creaban ansiedad en sus conciertos al público LIAN NOEL, DOS LEYENDAS QUE PERSEVERAN EN EL TIEMPO, NI HA PODIDO BORRAR. EL MEJOR GRUPO DEL MUNDO. POR SIEMPRE OASIS.
wow. im literally blown away by this performance. liam NAILS the vocal; absolutely kills it. a string accompaniment i've never heard before and a real good guitar run from noel at 1:34
Amazing performance from Oasis. Thank you Noel Gallagher for your existence, only such a brilliant mind could write this song! he just needed two weeks to make be here now the fastest selling album in UK. Great times!
Every song on be here now is great I don't know why people dont like it! Stand by me and dont go away are masterpieces. Maybe it's because it came after what's the story
Liam's voice 100% full
yeeeees!!! :o
lieee watch him on gleneagles 1994 cigarettes and alcohol that's the peak
jajaj sos un boludo :D xD
Fred Al watch live maine road 2nd night
trueee!!!
You can say what you want but the Gallagher brothers were true rockstars.
Yep, WERE. After splitting, they became average musicians
One of them became an average musician, the other is still selling out big stadiums.
+Anton Amirwandi you're stupid if you think HFB are still playing big shows because of there own tunes, everyone who goes is going for oasis songs, Beady eye never sold as many tickets as HFB because they played one oasis song, but Beady Eyes music was way better. fact

Be Here Now is so underrated!!!
Both song and album!!
Totally agree.
It is!
@@Aryol33 the song is the best hangover song ever
@@casperoomen9111 lol, wow seven years ago 😍
anybody going to knebworth?
From 1994-1997, wasn't anybody in the world bigger or better than Oasis. Privilege to see them at their peak

Everyone is entitled to their opinion dude, however I think you'll find that most people would disagree with you
Most on an Oasis video might disagree, most on a Blur video might agree ;). Anyway, it's never competition, i enjoy both. Wouldn't it be great for 1 band half as good as Blur or Oasis come around now, never mind 2?

Wow Liams voice is perfect here. Sounds like the studio version.
Was just about to say the same
you can hear the raspiness beginning to settle in Liam's voice, but he still had total control over it and he sounded so awesome
Be Here Now caused it, songs were too long and the tours lasted too long
xvulture21 GTA V and they were always fucked up lol (which made it good actually)
They had a big fight cause Liam didn,t like it that Noel was doing more vocals, Noel was already writing the songs and music, vocals was Liams gig, thats what cause the break up.
Kevin Ewenin no liam was mad at himself not at noel, because he had to leave the stage for recover while noel filled up
bongzilla that could be, but i,am talking about over the last couple of years, leading up to the big split
A lot of you guys hate Liam for his behaviour and attitude which arguably caused the breakup of Oasis but just imagined the band without Liam. How big of a difference Oasis would be without him imo. Not saying he is entitled to act the way that he did but he certainly had made the band the way we love them today.
Well said
+MrTruth1253 He's a cocky arrogant prick but we all love him cause that's what made oasis who they are.
+Matty Todd lol Exactly
yeah it's surely a group thing i mean it's obvious. why is there even a discussion about it. eh

THAT VOICE!!!!
Goosebumps everytime liam starts singing.
Liam's voice is just on it here.
+Mark ONeill pre 2000 it was spot on
+Jake Nelson It's really beautiful. With work and training, he can get 90% of it back. And I think he has.
i think that their performance in 1994 when they`ve played live forever live on MTV is way better
Most underrated Oasis song ever
its my no. 1 Oasis song
I correct myself. They have ONE music video for it in the delux version. That's still a travesty. This is a great song.
Minacious, This is personally my favorite Oasis tune. I completely agree with you.
it is my ambition in life to learn every single chord of every oasis track ever. imagine, had another shite day on the job, come home, roll a scoob crank the amp and proceed to get lost in your childhood dreams. cant get better than that. or should i just say......fookin mad fer it!!!

What a song and what a voice!!
Such an under rated Oasis songs, one of their best in my opinion.
Real music like Oasis comes from the heart...studying music will give you none of the answers millions around the world have found in this song and the many others from Oasis in the past 20 years.
Everything about Liam is perfect here.
Fantastic...amazing voice!!
I heard Liam singing live millions of times but his voice here is probably the best of all, earls court in 95 was amazing too but here he sounds great
Liam's voice at its best.

The best live version of this song, and one of their best performances

These vocals are fantastic. I've read something where Liam was speaking to how much this song moved him, and you can really see it here.
What a voice, Liam rules!!!!
Ladies and Gentlemen.................Liam Gallagher!
