Hey, thank you so much for playing my little game! Had a ton of fun watching you break it haha. Spoiler: As you correctly assumed, early difficulties are intentionally more tame to ease you in. Didn't want to start at "very hard" and only go up from there like many other games. Around difficulty 10 and higher you'll have a pretty tough challenge, float less money and items and build choices matter more.

This was my favorite run out of the 3 people I’ve watched doing it 😂 love a good econ build
I recently recorded a run to share on the Steam page, and post to TH-cam. I set it to Difficulty #1, to show off what the entry point of the game is like. And I managed to get one of my first Difficulty 1 losses!! I was actually stunned to have blown it so badly. The curse of recording I suppose!
And the win-lose odds only get worse the farther along you play! Hopefully the flexibility of difficulties and run lengths allows the game to meet people half way, so it always remains fun and a challenge no matter your skill level :)
