In this video I’ll show you how to paint Horticulous Slimux! This must be one of my favourite models in the entire Warhammer range. So much character and humour and an overall amazing sculpt!

How did you paint Horticulus' gut though? You skipped over that when painting him and I was hoping to see how you did it.
I think I covered that in the Putrid Blight Kings video but it's a lot of pink fleshy colors and Blood for the Blood God :)
I am loving your videos, I have a question for you though.
When you paint the initial layers of Contrasts and Shades do you thin those paint?
Thanks for the compliment! As for your question : contrast paints I use straight from the pot. Only when I want a subtle effect I’ll thin them down but rarely. Washes I do tend to thin down. At least get them on my wet palette so I have more control over them

For this particular one I cut up a piece of foam and carved it to make a big rock for Horticulous to stand on
Can I ask what app do you use for your thumbnails
I design them myself in Photoshop
No worries I’m just stuck with what to use now as my app I use to use doesn’t work anymore
I have a background as a designer so I make everything myself. Wouldn't know any apps that could help you unfortunately
