A very nice home!! Some of the rooms are small and narrow. I love your videos, please don't stray too far from homes in the $500k - $700k price range, also.
About having a kitchen in the living room, does it ever become an inconvenience? Like food smell when you've got guest? Or when wife can't avoid guests?

Some material & fixture design ideas in the interior were really nice but I would of made more sense on the floor plan to where it would flow better for the home owner so it would be more convenient for use. The kitchen cabinets weren’t evened out or symmetrically designed but made up for it in the prep kitchen.. Did love ❤ the hidden rooms and I can tell there were a lot more hidden areas. I would of made the exterior design a bite more symmetrical to where the floor and elevation plan match to aesthetically come together. Overall a great home for $1.8M it just came short on design but could of been better and so much nicer. It’s $1.8M but could of made it look like a $3M home.
