After watching several of your vids I noticed texas homes have their master bedrooms in the ground floor? Is there a reason? Here in LA master bedrooms are in the 2nd floor

I literally have to watch each video with the volume turned off because I can’t with a guy who’s speaking it’s annoying… and I generally like people talking about whatever luxury house vehicle boat is, but that’s because they are things that are interesting that one may not know… and then this video or his videos if he could just talk about things, people wouldn’t or nearly know or is very different very custom then I would be with it I’d be willing to listen, but you walking into the bathroom and telling me that you’re in the bathroom I don’t need you to tell me that I know where the bathroom is just saying
